This company is fraudulent. They double-charged my card and yelled at me over the phone.

Rented from them and found a place dissatisfactory.
Not clean. Filth in the bathroom. Bed clothes look as if someone just slept on them.
Not coming again.

There are many units in the building so this is specific to Timber Ridge 47. The only upside was the ski in/ski out.

There was an attempt with decor and to modernize the interiors. The attempt was not well executed and that would be ok, except if you're charging these types of fees I would hope the place would be of a certain caliber.
3k = 3 nights
Cleaning Fee $256.50 + sanitize fee?
And don't let get started on their communication style.

Sorry, the value is just not there. I've stayed at other places at Timber that were outstanding and updated. Totally fine paying the rate, just not for this place.

We had a great experience with 101 Great Escapes. We had to request a coffee pot with our unit because ours only had a Keurig and a french press and they had it to us within the hour. The office staff was friendly and professional. The bathrobes in the unit were a nice touch. I would definitely rent from this company again.

We love renting vacation condos with family and friends. At first look, sometimes it seems a little expensive, but when you consider how many people you can accommodate comfortably in one place, it’s really a bargain. Plus it’s nice to switch off who cooks at night!

I have dealt with a number of rental companies over the years.
101 Great Escapes provided one of the best, most professional experiences I have ever come across. The staff was informative, responsive and helpful. The information they emailed me prior to our arrival was a great help in planning our trip. They even sent over a list of family activities going on in Mammoth during our dates that were completely free of charge. When we arrived, there was also a detailed list of “Fun stuff to do this week”.

And the best part, they stay open very late so that they can greet latecomers like me in person. Just great service all around… I really recommend this company.
