I bought my second Briggs and Riley at this store. I love this place for two big reasons. First is that it is family owned. And secondly because it has been easy to get repairs. Outside of those reasons the store is stocked with excellent choices and the customer service is welcoming.

I'm 100% nomadic and was looking to up my luggage game. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me (employee 1920 on my receipt). But she was informative and patient with me, even grabbed like size packing cubes to mine at home in order to help me visualize what would fit. I was looking for a wheeled duffel style bag and had already been to REI, The North Face, and a few other store. Despite the small size they had more wheeled duffel bags than the others. I will go back should I need something else.

If you are interested in good customer service and a company that stands behind its products, do not buy from this store. We were sold a piece of luggage that clearly was missing some protective coating. After a one-way journey, in which all of the other luggage came in fine, the brand new Brics bag that we bought had lost its coloring and had discoloration everywhere. It looked like a bag you would see discarded on the street. The stores answer was it was our fault in that we purchased a light colored bag and that we shipped the bag. They refused to take responsibility for the poor quality. They are not a partner in making the customer happy. They are more than willing to sell poor quality products at high prices.

What a wonderful experience shopping here! The owner was so nice & informative in helping buy a suit case, it is no surprise she grew up in a family that was in this business for so many years. No pressure , total product knowledge, belief in everything they sell in the store , & friendly. Great experience & reaffirming that shopping local pays off.
