I would have given a zero if that were an option. I Have received patronizing attitude from staff, they are completely misinformed about how their own system works. Due to their inability to properly schedule their employees, I am currently still waiting on two weeks pay which I have not been compensated for. Brandon is inept and unprofessional. In my personal opinion, home healthcare services are now a dime a dozen, so please continue your search. I feel as though some of the employees at this company look down on you as if $13-$14 an hour is all you are worth, as far as compensation goes. I realize that firsthand as a conversation with Brandon progressed. His demeaning behavior was insulting, He is unaware of my professional or educational background. Unbeknownst to him, I am only providing Home health care services due to an unfortunate health situation concerning my mother. If you’re looking for a job, this may be a couple which you may find agreeable but if you’re doing this for a family member or loved one, I would suggest finding somewhere else.

Updated review : First of all don't disrespect me. Sarah is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't talk to me like I am a child and talk down on me. Idc what your position is at this job and what you do. But it not the first time. The first time i let it slide but I am not anymore. This very very very wrong. I show everyone respect and treat them with respect so i.would expect the same in return. I will only deal with Sam and Jack from now on when I need to call office etc. You all need to have a real serious conversation with Sarah she is very nasty and rude. As much as I'm getting paid it not even worth it. It alot of companies out here that have more better staff that are more respectful and caring. I won't be here much longer. But for the time I am again I will just deal with Sam and Jack

I been working with 365 for almost 3 yrs and I can say they really care for there Staff as much as they do there Clients ....Chris my boss is that Best!

Don’t ever go here. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I’m not sure where the positive reviews come from because we are not picky. But if someone should come for 20 hours approved by insurance; they should be coming. They don’t. Ever. They come 50% of the time. But most of the night shifts never show up. I’m tired of them and Chris and breaydon will act like they care but won’t fix the problem. Save yourself the stress and anxiety and stay away from them. We get calls from our mother in the middle of the night consistently, saying no one showed. Enough is enough. Not sure where these positive reviews came from but there’s no way in hell they’re real. Save yourself and your loved one heartache and DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY HAVE A REPUTATION OF poaching PEOPLE while they’re desperately trying to get services. Then they snatch you up, report all your time and don’t give the services. They should be ashamed of themselves. But oh no… they will make it seem like it’s YOUR fault they aren’t doing xyz or showing up when they’re supposed to. They will probably reply to this comment siting “in climate weather”. (That was a reason why they didn’t show up or couldn’t staff a shift) It wasn’t so bad out (weather wise) for the last two months, they still didn’t show up half the time. Losers. If you decide to go with their services… don’t say I didn’t warn you. They’re AWFUL.

The management is terrible. BRANDON or BRAEDON whoever he is literally lies and falsified time with the state.
THEY LITERALLY STEAL FROM A WOMAN WHO IS BED BOUND!
They stole anything they could perfume remotes food ..everything.

They act real disrespectful and think its funny that your loved one is being abused!!
