I used to love coming to this store after work idk if they got new owner ship but there is this guy new there I asked him to make me a simple pizza and said no I asked why not? Thinking in my head everyone always takes the two seconds to put it in the oven while they help other customers. He replied I’m too busy to do it when it’s 12:30 am and the store is completely empty. I asked him if I can please talk to his supervisor or manager he said there here in the mornings that he already has complaints anyways. I just replied I bet and paid for my drinks I regret even purchasing my drink from a negative person in the register like that. I remember this was a place were I could go and feel welcomed and respected …

Thanks for following up on this matter. The next time I went there was a different guy in the register with great attitude in helping the customer he even took the time to explain how 711 points work and I have not seen the guy that was negative and disrespectful since I talked to the manager the next day and posted what happened on here. The people that have helped me at 711 now have been super friendly and professional.

This store is absolute trash!!! My son went in to buy a drink before school and tried to pay with debit card… well supposedly their card reader was not working and told him to get money out of the ATM machine. Will never shop at this location again. Terrible service and terrible store. Do better Raj!!!

Don’t believe the hours because there not 24/7 it’s 8:30 am and it closed with workers just standing around just looking at people trying to open the door for the pass hour

It's horrible!! Super super extra messy! First time there and I felt so uncomfortable of how filthy it was The floor was all black seems no one cleans I'm guessing,and there is boxes unstocked by the counter it's so bad and I really like 7eleven but not seem one like thissss

Update. ? I hate getting all the rude workers. I ain't going here anymore. They dont sell starbucks cold coffee. The new replacement is awful. Tried most drinks on there cold coffee?. Do NOT recommend it at all. Keep eye on experation most milk and drinks are expired.

This 7-Eleven is by far one of the worst. Starting with the Covid-19 regulations none of the workers wer wearing masks nor gloves when brewing the coffee or handling food for the customers. I do think this place needs to be checked by the city or some health inspector.

If i could give -5* i would. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM. If you pay cash, pay attention, they will charge you whatever they want. Paying debit/credit? They just got busted with a skimmer on their machine. Plus its dirty, and hazardous.
