The good news is that I was able to secure a vacation; Getting to enjoy it stress free, was a different story. Had to update my own Known Travelers Number to flight and TSA Pre Check. Pre-arranged transportation left me stranded at airport in Mexico; phoned agent Jana Moss for assistance in correcting mishap, no answer, no call back, no follow-up correspondence. Seats on flight not booked together. Not what I expected from travel agency.
