This is a wonderful gem of a hotel. The man working the front desk was helpful and informative. The rooms were so impressive. Everything was spotless from the white bedspreads to the marble counters. The small extra amenities include tooth brushes and ear plugs, shampoos conditioner and bottled water, I'm room coffee and a microwave. Honestly I'm sure there was more I've missed. Our room had a lovely closet and smart mirror. The needs were quality allowing you to sink in and snuggle. I'm sorry I didn't take any photos but this place is a most stay

We really enjoyed our stay here, check in was a breeze , once we walked into our room we could smell the cleaness, and we had the perfect amenities, from coffee maker to a refrigerator, and everything else we needed the bathroom smelled fresh and clean, just the right amount of towels and wash clothes. Fresh clean sheets, everything was great and the breakfast was very decent, loved the waffle maker. Definitely coming back again. Thank you to all staff. Very helpful.

I have been going to this hotel for almost 50 years. Yes, it is older, but the owners have made amazing improvements!
The rooms have new beds which are extremely comfortable!
The staff is very friendly. New flowers have been planted and they added a fire pit with lights around it.
The rooms are large and spacious and the hotel is centrally located to downtown Jackson and restaurants and stores.
I am impressed with the upgrades the owners have done and
I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Jackson!!!

We prepaid and checked in late, 11:30 pm. Room had odor of inadequate cleaning/mildew. Carpet in room and linoleum on bathroom floors stained n dirty. Bathroom counter damaged. No bath towels in room. Had to wake Manager to get some. Bed side lamp with non-working bulb. Used earplugs on bathroom window sill. It was late and we were tired, so we stayed instead of just leaving. Room had windows open and was cold upon arrival. Never Again!

I don’t know where people come up with negative reviews… This property was immaculately kept. Outdoor area was nice. The efficiency suite was huge, with 2 queen sized and a full sized bed in two separated rooms. Even the bathroom was down a the hall. They added special touches, toothbrushes, earplugs, and little plants on the nightstands. The desk was nice and big, and in the other room there was a makeup table. The suite was only $10 more than a regular room when we were looking, well worth it. The staff is also very friendly.

Positive: The improvements made by Quality Inn company and the staff were surprisingly delightful Negative: I would have preferred a ground floor room, but had not asked for it ahead of time. I use a cane and stairs are very hard for me.

I enjoyed my stay there.
It was really great to stay there with amenities such as a TV, microwave, fridge, iron, and a nice, clean, comfortable bed.
To escape the heat, don't forget to jump in the pool.

Will definitely go again.

The guys here really hooked it up and made it extremely affordable to stay especially because I needed to stay long term. They were really helpful and made it easy to extend my stay whenever needed. The rooms are nice very comfortable and they have a home feel to it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying here
