We stayed here for a race in Wilseyville and you can’t find better pricing or service! Everyone was so friendly and so accommodating from the front desk to the breakfast bar. The price was incredibly affordable. This was a great place to stay.

It's was a very friendly environment. They were extremely welcoming and I had a great stay Hassel free and we had are pet are dog with us. And no problems very accommodating for us I would only recommend the best western any where you go.

This hotel is one of the best ones I’ve stayed at for work, breakfast is amazing and they open early enough for me to get to enjoy it. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and gives great customer service. The rooms are very tidy and clean. I really enjoy my time here.

We had reservations for Friday and Sat nights. We were there on important business. After driving 5 hrs we were tired and wanted to relax. There were dirt bags all over outside drinking and who knows what else. The room was filthy, there were bugs(cockroaches) and the sheets looked like they were slept in. It was very unpleasant. The second day the front desk person and I had a confrontation about my dogs being left in the room if we went out . When I checked in I pd the dog fee but was not made aware of that policy. I had no choose but to ck out and she refused to refund my money. It wasn't my fault the lady with the 2 pit bulls set her off when those dogs chewed up another guest's small dog. They could have killed my tiny dogs because I had taken them out just minutes before. Needless to say our weekend was ruined due to a rude and nasty employee.

Excellent place to stay in Jackson, CA. Included delicious full breakfast—eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, selections of breads/bagels, waffles, chocolate and blueberry muffins milk/juice/coffee. Very clean eating area and food was hot—not just lukewarm.|Friendly and welcoming staff and room was very clean.|Next door to a Denny’s and get 10% off dining there with hotel key card. Convenient and walkable to downtown shops.|Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to this area.

Staff was friendly when checking in rooms, we’re in great condition with the exception of one of the shower pumps being off but it was still available for use and I was relieved their conditioner worked great (I forgot to pack ours). Lisa was great during the breakfast service and provided excellent customer service, with a personal touch of get genuine kindness!

The rooms are big and clean. There was even a fireplace. Highway 88 runs along the front though and some muffler-hating motorcycle owners ruin the night. Plus the air-condition unit rattles.
Breakfast is included and it's not bad. Parking is sufficient. The staff is friendly.

Front desk girl, Sophia, was very helpful and so sweet. She checked my mother in law and us in quick and gave us a great deal with our AAA and info about where to eat and such we enjoyed our stay.
