If you want a quiet, peaceful, extended stay, there's no better place around. The manager has a big heart, and Is genuinely a kind person. If you want to be pampered go to the Hilton. Thank you Mike and staff, you guys rock

The manager is rude and screams and yells a lot. If you need something, it's like a ghost town. You can never get ahold of any staff. I've seen more people come try and get a room only to leave cause they don't answer the door phone.

There starting to turn this place around. Used to be no one there or in the office so you couldn't get a room. Still is a little bit. Need to go online to book. Mike is awesome but his wife Terri is down right rude and obnoxious. If you like obnoxious people go down to the holiday express. She's the manager is never there and thinks she's above all who come there. She's good for the company as long as she stays in her office. Cause when she comes out that dog will bite you. Forget about it if you have a problem or concern.

Creepy owner that leaves flirtatious notes to young girls staying by themselves. Also lets their multiple kids constantly run and play in the parking lot almost running into parked and moving cars. Stay on their good side as much as possible this is not run like a business.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Spend the little bit extra for a better place. this place has bed bugs in every room (info gained from long term tenant), I got scabies from head to toe and it took 3 months of medical attention for it to go away. Our room had blood stains on the mattress itself AND the sheets, along with massive pee stains all over the bed. The mini fridge was ok, when it worked. It leaked water on the floor causing mold. The staff member my wife and I dealt with was a total joke, I work graveyard so when he felt we needed to pay up rent he would send his son to pound on the door waking me up knowing I needed to sleep. His son hit my truck with their little cart they ride in their parking lot and caused damage to my rear bumper. The neighbors smoked WAY TO MUCH pot to were the smoke was getting into our room and when we would go say something about it the response I got was "oh well", the Linda vista mo relationship is a joke. Spend a bit more and avoid this place like the cancerous disease that it is

Absolutely upsetting. Myself and two kids stayed three days. Never got any towels. On our final day. At 9:30 AM. I rang bell looking for someone to give us towels. The lady said: " We gave you some yesterday." WTH!!! She mumbled something and shut window. After 30 minutes. The manager knocked on door. I had already showered and used my sheet to dry. He proceeded to push the towels at my face through the door. And when I told him I already used the sheet. He with both hands pushed door at me. Opening it all the way to leave me standing in my bra and underwear. Then cussed me for waking him up so early. Sheriff was called. Report was filed.

At first the place looked kosher. We stayed there 5 days and my truck was hit run in parking lot and the next day (after I had seen the delivery driver drop Amazon packages) they were missing and the office said there was never a delivery. I informed Amazon and it is under investigation.

Would not stay at Linda Vista Hotel again. No one was here at check in time. That was a very big deal~ because of health issues, this customer needed to rest. Good stuff: A/C worked well, pillows were comfy and the rooms were reasonably clean. However, the plumbing was odd~ lose fixtures and cigarette burns on counter and tub and No plastic liner on shower curtain. WiFi was spotty. It was not a pleasant stay.
