Heather and Christophe were the DREAM team on our wedding day in La Jolla. Despite the chaos of a wedding, Heather was on the ground anticipating every need of ours. She was calm, cool and collected. During the planning process she also helped us book every vendor and made sure to ask detail oriented questions I would never think about. I could not imagine not having her through the whole process. Christophe was an awesome vibe for our wedding, adding to the fun of the party. He was great with our families and friends and took the best shots. My favorite part was sunset photos where he posed us above ocean . We couldn’t stop smiling with him around! It has been exactly a week since our wedding, and every day since, I have fought back the tears that have inched their way through me, just knowing it’s all over. It’s no secret that my now husband and I were really dreading the day we’d both be the center of attention, but with Christophe and Heather by our side, we had more than enough “armor” to soar through the day seamlessly, and soak up each and every moment. It was a dream… the tiny touches they set out to include in the grand picture, made every bit of effort worth it and shine through with a clear vision of our authentic selves. We felt comfortable, heard, seen, and known through and through. They were magic! Heather was truly my knight in shining armor, as she took care of an uncanny amount of dirty tissues, redirected eager family members away from the “first look” space and getting ready area, she held my shoes, taking them off and putting them back on for me, sought out solutions to dress malfunctions, and waited patiently for my husband and I to emerge from our much needed breaks. Christophe is a true romantic, and it showed in the ways he put my thoughts and impossibly vague dreams into actions and something everyone could experience. His humor put my husband and I at ease when tensions ran high, and to say he has an otherworldly talent to capture the essence of a relationship and photograph the magic in each moment….is the understatement of the century. He handled my snippy comments with grace when bridezilla made an appearance, and from the start, was the very glue that held our wedding team of incredible vendors and talent together. Words will forever fall short when describing the endless joy, infinite awe, and eternal gratitude I have for Willmus and the product of their efforts to make our wedding the best day of our lives. My goodness did they succeed at doing just that.
