Don’t use them. No way to contact them if you have a problem.
Funny "We are not offering phone support at this time."

UPDATE 8/20/2024: Still not taking phone calls. No way to contact them! Same goes for Brown Paper Tickets, who they purchased. Brown Paper Tickets refuses to pay money owed over 2 years ago. Run away from this company.
