I've had the great honor of working with Ina and her amazing team on two occasions: our company Christmas party in 2015 and our intimate and absolutely fabulous wedding this year.
Ina created for each event it’s own flavor and element of surprise: from amazing décor to great food and spectacular presentation. The décor was stunning and fit the venue and our wishes to perfection. The comments and compliments keep pouring in. She negotiated a discounted price with the venue, so we stayed within our budget as well.
Ina's never too busy to take a call. I truly cannot imagine another event planner with as much passion and creativity. She surrounds herself with the most talented people in the business: you can assured your wedding will be better than you have dreamed of!!!

Ina made my wedding day run super smoothly on the day of. Throughout the process up to the wedding day, she was also very attentive and would ask questions to keep me on schedule even though we only hired her as a day of wedding coordinator. She helped with our ceremony rehearsal, as well as with adding the finishing touches for decorating our ceremony and reception. She also brought an assistant who did an amazing job in putting together some last minute floral arrangements as well as cake decorating with the extra flowers I brought even though that wasn’t really part of their job description. She was also super responsive, both during the time leading up to the wedding as well as on the wedding day and basically did everything she could to make the day run smoothly. Overall, she was super professional, organized and great to work with and probably one of the best vendors I hired. Her rate also can’t be beat. I highly recommend her for any other brides who’s looking for a day of wedding coordinator!

I hired Ina and her team as my wedding planner for my wedding last September. Working with her was a fantastic experience. She negotiated a great price with my venue and worked very hard to help me stay within my budget. We picked an ocean theme for the reception and the room looked amazing! We hired Ina to organize our company Christmas luncheon in December 2015. She set up the office and it looked stunning and festive. The food selection was excellent.
Ina was our contact and she was very attentive to our needs, all while being incredibly friendly and laid back. She worked with us to help create a delicious traditional Turkey and Ham feast. She was very patient with our requests and we were able to do two tastings to make sure our menu was perfect. She also coordinated the rentals and the bar and her staff did a terrific job making our reception look exactly as we wanted. She also provided beautiful platters and decorations bringing amazing holyday spirit. She made sure all of our needs are met. We appreciate her professionalism and cooperation. Thank you Ina 🙂

Working with Ina from Innavation Events was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I knew from our first phone call that I would love to work with her! She was knowledgeable, fun, productive, and I enjoyed talking to her. She has awesome connections and made sure my wedding was everything I wanted it to be and MORE- while ensuring I was stress-free and had time to enjoy myself.

I actually DO throw a lot of parties myself....but I wondered if It was worth it dealing with the pressure of my own wedding . I was lost. But I did know one thing - wedding planning has turned into a nightmare and I was spending all my free time surfing the web. After about a week of this, I realized that this was craziness and that a wedding planner was needed! And I that was one of the best decisions I`ve ever
The wedding was beautiful, personal and FUN. Her team was ON IT. It was incredibly helpful to have someone say "You have to do... now".

She handled all of the craziness of getting quotes revised, scheduling tastings, etc. She also has the experience with planning weddings where she can advise you on what to cut, what not to cut, and how to stay on budget.

Have fun at your wedding. And then get back to living your life.
