We cannot express in words and do it justice the excellent, professional, personable experience we have had with Mary. She went above and beyond all expectations as she watched her livelihood crumble around her due to Covid-19. We booked a trip back in January before all of the travel issues started to spread. Mary was diligent about setting everything up and making sure it was exactly what we were looking for. Soon everything came to a halt in March, the trip insurance we bought didn't cover the unique situation we were in where travel is being cut-off, airlines are cancelling flights and refusing refunds. It was a mess. Mary was getting the raw end of the deal with unhappy & frustrated travelers, rebooking folks and trying to get them home as well as losing commission/income that she would have received from her bookings.
Yet this is where having someone like Mary on your side truly pays dividends. She never once gave up fighting for her travelers. She was persistent to push for her travelers best interest. She fought with travel agencies and airlines to do everything she could to provide refunds while losing out on her commission and future income. It took months to get everything squared away but we can happily say we have received all of our money back from our cancelled trip despite all the fine print that made this pandemic an exception for providing refunds and I cannot attribute that to anyone but Mary.
Despite all of the challenges, Mary always put her travelers first, she treated us the way she would want to be treated and we couldn't be happier with our experience with her despite not being able to take our trip. We promise, you cannot go wrong with using her services. We definitely will be in the future when things start to slow down.
Mary, thank you for everything that you did, you are awesome and we hope that things will get back to normal for you, we truly appreciate your professionalism and commitment. 🙂
