Beautiful area with a lot of boutiques, restaurants, and landmarks. Very nice spot to walk around and explore Troy. They also have festivals and fairs that come and set up here and those are a lot of fun. Highly recommend to any student or resident of Troy.

Small town ambiance t its best. There are many different types of shops to visit , including an authentic corner drug store with an icecream palor. Confederate historical statue, world War 1 monument, and a buried time capsule as well as huge shade trees towering above swings and benches make for a nice place to meander, or simply rest and slow down from a faster pace world. Parking is available in the square surrounding the central park and along the streets that encapsulate the square In a counter clockwise one way approach beginning at the bank corner if you arrive from the 231 side of the old town. We'll worth the short detour off hwy 231.

Love shopping on the square in Troy, AL. The variety of shops are fun to visit and shop for unique items. Visit Burlap and Silk for sure! All the variety imaginable is in this one store of artists!

This is a very small town square with a statue, a few benches in the middle and a few shops around the outside. Most of the shops are lawyers, a radio station...in other words, not normal drop in to see what they have kind of stores. There is one pastry shop and a couple restaurants.
