Working with Sarah was the most enjoyable part of wedding planning hands down. Everyone says how important it is to book a wedding planner and we feel like we won the lottery being able to work with Sarah and her incredible team. From the moment we started working with her (a little over a year before our wedding), we knew we were in great hands. We were looking for a modern, timeless and fun vibe and while decision making is not a great skill of mine, she knew exactly what we were looking for and executed flawlessly.

From mood boards to nailing the smallest details, she was never stressed (or at least never showed it) and was so calm and confident throughout the whole process. I looked forward to every planning call we had together and she could not have been more patient with me when I would have endless questions on literally everything. I have never met someone more professional and detail-oriented, which is everything you could ask for in a wedding planner.

During the actual wedding weekend, Sarah and her team were so incredibly prepared. There was not a single detail that Sarah missed and every guest of ours commented on how seamless the whole weekend felt and that not a single thing went wrong. After two minutes of our introductory phone call, there was no doubt that Sarah was the real deal and we needed to work with her. Sarah is the total package - she is beyond thoughtful, organized, a great friend, professional, fun, detail oriented, creative, the list goes on. I feel SO blessed to have gotten to work with her.

For over a year, she remained in contact with me and made sure I was at ease. She made it a point to take ALL of my stress away. The wedding process was beyond fun, all because of her. I always looked forward to our meetings and catch ups and was always impressed at what she remembered or what she came up with. We truly could not have asked for a more incredible wedding planner! Hiring Sarah was the best decision we could have made. She was so engaging and excited about helping us plan our wedding from day one and that enthusiasm and excitement continued throughout the 16 months we worked with her. My husband and I will forever be grateful to Sarah and her team at Embark Event Design. We were prepared for something to go wrong during our wedding weekend, but everything went off without a hitch. From the rehearsal dinner and welcome party on Friday to our wedding on Saturday, there wasn’t a single thing that went wrong. We have Sarah and her team to thank for this.

Sarah also helped us build the ultimate vendor team. We could not have asked for a better team of vendors and our bridal party still talks about how much they loved our wedding planner, videographer, photographer, caterer, etc. So much so that one of my bridesmaids is now using Sarah for her wedding!

If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I can assure you it’s one of the best investments you can make. Seriously -- Just Hire Embark! Sarah and her team were so wonderful! If you want a put together, well executed, beautiful wedding, this is your team.

The single piece of advice I have been giving newly engaged friends is to hire a wedding planner if you can. Sarah and the whole Embark team helped put together a stunning wedding weekend for my husband and I. She helped keep everything going and made sure all our guests were having a great time (I did not want any of the moms or aunties refilling water glasses or setting up tables!).

As a central coast bride, her connections and knowledge in the area was invaluable and she helped put together and manage the spectacular team of vendors and support we had for our weekend. A huge thanks to Sarah and everyone at Embark (and again, hire her!).

If you've been holding off on hiring a wedding planner, I highly recommend spending the money and hiring Sarah and her amazing team!! They were so helpful throughout our entire planning process and made sure our day was absolutely perfect! We had so many guests come up to us saying it was one of the best weddings that they'd been too and I really do think it was all because of Embark Event Design (specifically Whitney on our wedding day!)...
