As wedding photographers, my husband and I recently had the pleasure of working alongside Trish, which was an absolute delight! Before the wedding, her communication with us was prompt, clear, friendly, and respectful. She was even sweeter in person and her communication had all those same aspects on the wedding day.

The wedding we worked together had a demanding timeline and a detailed vision to execute, at the exquisite multi-level Mission Inn venue. Luxury weddings sometimes bring high stress which can become tension between vendors. Trish handled every moment of it with grace, maintaining her kindness, professionalism, and communication! That is something I highly admire as someone who is very aware of how a stressed out vendor can affect those around them, and it is evidence of Trish being an expert in her field. She knows how to not only plan and execute a large-scale event, but she also knows how to manage stress. Our couple was clearly at ease and fully trusting of Trish, and rightfully so, having seen the back-end work she did.

Trish was also incredibly respectful toward us and our process as photographers - she checked in regularly but never made us feel pressured or impeded on. There was a mutual respect toward all vendors that fostered a sense of teamwork, not placing anyone's duties as more important than another. I'm a firm believer that clients highly benefit from a vendor team that works well together and respects each other, and Trish is a perfect fit for that kind of team. Trish also surprised us with a goodie bag of snacks and water which was an absolute life-saver during our 11.5 hour coverage! It was awesome to work with someone whose values aligned with ours and someone who clearly cares about everyone around her just as much as she cares about her job. Any couple and vendor will be in good hands having Trish as their planner, and we look forward to working with her again!

I wouldn’t know what to do if I didn’t have Trish by my side the whole month leading up to my wedding. She was a total lifesaver. Amazing one to one coordination, we had meetings to discuss what we wanted and where we were with our wedding plans and she coordinated with all my vendors to translate our wants and needs. She created a general timeline that allowed us to have a streamlined idea of the day of our wedding as well as handled all the logistics on the day of that would have stressed me the heck out! she was also there the day before during rehearsal as well as made the time to go to the venue during our last final walkthrough. she and her husband were there the day of the wedding helping with set up, coordinating with vendors, ensuring that we (the bride and groom) were at ease, at all time - all while being there for our family and friends. She even spotted a wedding crasher and escorted them out, lol.

When my husband and I were first planning our wedding, we had no plans of hiring a coordinator. We somehow crossed paths with Trish at a Bridal Expo, and we’re so happy that we did. With that being said, get a coordinator! Especially if you do not want to stress in the last month of your wedding. I highly recommend Trish to anyone planning a wedding. She makes the process fun, exciting, and stress-free! We wouldn’t have been able to pull through without her on our team!

Trish was really awesome to work with. This was a unique experience as well probably for both of us. I have been a wedding DJ for 16 years with my company Impressive Event Productions and I have worked with 100s of coordinators. I took on the event due an issue with already contracted DJ with only 7 days notice.

Trish was so professional and communicative that it felt like I had been working with her for months. With only 7 days notice to get my stuff together I was worried. But day of Trish was on top of everything and very organized. Her timeline and notes were super complete and she was always around to help or to discuss what was happening next. She was present the entire time and always had the answers.

She was flexible and just easy to work with. I have seen to many planners/coordinators dump the time line on me give me their cell number and disappear. Comparably Trish is one of the best planners and day of coordinators I have worked with. I never had to worry about the timeline or if the bride and groom knew what was happening!

I also happen to know the couple had nothing but amazing things to say about her as well which also is not always the case.

I would highly recommend Trish if you are looking for the full package from planning to day of coordination!

Trish is a treat to work with! She was organized, a great communicator, and she interacted with multiple wedding vendors making sure everything was in place so the Bride and Groom didn’t have to worry about it. She also had a whole emergency wedding kit at the venue ready for any mishaps. If you are looking for a coordinator I would 100% recommend Three Sparrows Weddings and Events.

Trish did an amazing job helping my wife and I plan our wedding. She was contracted for “month of coordination,” but went above and beyond and kept constant communication with us from the moment we booked her (over a year in advance)!

She helped alleviate a lot of the stress by communicating with all of our vendors and ensuring everyone was kept up to date.

The day of our wedding, she did an amazing job keeping the day flowing and smooth. Her husband, Brandon, was also an amazing help as they assisted with a lot of tasks and day of preparation.
