If you are considering a wedding planner service, I highly recommend this business. We went with the full planning services and I am so thankful we did! Working with our representative, Jessica K., exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with her commitment to go the extra mile. She was so organized and so patient with all of my questions. When the bride was unsure of a service, Jessica provided options to review and choose from. We worked with Jessica for a year, had monthly update calls and many emails and texts. We met in person with various vendors and it was all worth it. On the wedding day, I had no worries and could enjoy the day with my daughter. Her team ensured the wedding started on time and all things ran smoothly. I was amazed with all the details she kept straight! So much work and effort in the setup of the venue she handled to bring the brides vision to life. Her helpfulness continued after the wedding with collecting all the things so we could easily pick up after the wedding. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Oh Hello Event Planning that made our wedding a success! Thank you so very much!

My husband and I cannot recommend Oh Hello enough. My sister leveraged Amanda for her 2022 Cleveland wedding, and had such a positive experience that Amanda was my first call when I got engaged in early 2023. Amanda is everything you could want in a planner: friendly, detail-driven, organized, well-connected with Cleveland vendors, and super communicative. She delivered on my vision perfectly, and when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted as a bride, she gave me expert advice and recommendations! My MIL baked 800+ cookies for our wedding, and Amanda worked directly with her on the logistics of getting those to the venue and setting that display up, so my MIL could enjoy the day without that job. I overheard my MIL on the day of say to someone: “I don’t know how anyone could do this without a planner like her. She has put me at such ease. ” and that really sums it up for me. Amanda has become a necessary part of any wedding in our large family now, and I would recommend her to any new bride!

We loved working with Jess L! She ensured all of our wedding visions came true and thought of details we didn't even know we had missed. The detailed timeline she created for our wedding day was not only helpful for us, but all of our vendors, as well. Jess and her assistant did a wonderful job decorating our reception area with the decor we had brought. She was always quick to respond and was so kind and fun to work with! We would highly recommend Oh Hello for your wedding coordination needs!

I could not have pulled off my wedding without the help of Oh Hello's event coordination. Jess L. and Amanda are truly the very best.

From the moment we signed our contract, Amanda did not hesitate to answer any question I had—and there were a lot. She showed genuine interest in my vision and was so helpful in making the connections and providing insights so that I could bring it to life.

Then, Jess L., our master coordinator, made the days leading up to our wedding and the actual weekend completely seamless. She was available to answer my slew of questions or provide her professional opinion, and helped me navigate a few hiccups while putting me completely at ease!

My dream was to have a relaxing weekend and be present for every moment and Jess made that possible. The best of the best! Truly.

Finding OH Hello was truly one of the best decisions my husband I made for our wedding. I worked with Oh Hello Event Planning on multiple weddings and had an incredible experinece every time. The photos I was able to capture reflect the calm demeanor of the couple because they had experienced planners in charge. Booking Oh Hello was the best thing we ever did for our wedding!! Jessica was well organized, kind, and made sure everything was set for our celebration. Our goal for our wedding was to have fun and stay on the dance floor the entire night — we don’t think this would have been possible without Jessica handling all the vendors, timeline, and anything else that popped up.
