I just rented a specialized Como E Bike from the folks here they are a fantastic. The service was phenomenal and the bike worked fantastic. If you’re in town and you want to rent an E bike, these folks will take great care of you.

They rent road and mountain bikes for the day. They set us up with well maintained and tuned Specialized Roubaix carbon fiber road bikes, helmets, full bottles and route advice. If you bring your own cycling shoes they will install pedals to match. They have pedals with toe cages or flats as well if you just have street shoes (like me). They have multiple frame sizes to choose from and they provide basic fit adjustment—seat height and reach.

We did a beautiful 32 mile loop ride down the coast and then through the foothills. This is a lovely area for cycling—well maintained roads with bike lanes, courteous drivers and amazing scenery.

The staff at Bikes to Go couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant and accommodating! Tyler especially was an absolute pleasure to deal with!! Also the mechanic on duty (didn’t catch his name) was super helpful!

The rental experience was great. Booked around 10 bikes days in advanced and e-bicycles were ready when our group arrived at the location. Map with bike trail served well if you plan on using it without a guide as we used them freely for two hours. Distance was on point with time as we made a few stops along the trail. Definetely will go to SBB To-Go again when I visit SB in the future.

Sort of just picked it off Google and was worried because it was off the beaten track, but customer service was outrageously good! We had a wonderful time someone took care of all aspects from greeting us to setting up our bikes, recommending bikes, and explaining the bikes, three different people all wonderful! My wife and I rented their high end road bikes and took a recommendation from Sergio on a 30+ mile ride. This place takes special care, all of their staff was eager to help out and fun to be around. What a great experience with this company. I flew out from Texas and I wanted some bikes so my friends and I could ride around town in Carpinteria. Connor was really nice and set everything up for me. The bikes were great quality and it came with helmets and bike locks. The were dropped off and picked up on time with zero issues. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I can not say enough good things about my experience. Well Done!

We rented e-bikes along with 2-1/2 hour tour. Mike, our guide, was knowledgeable and friendly. He took into account all of our requests and gave a detailed tour. His restaurant suggestions were appreciated. We took his advice and dined at Brophies. ?. Thanks to Mike we had a perfect introduction to Santa Barbara.
