Thyme & Details made our wedding into a reality. The day of coordination services were extremely helpful for our venue (Franklin Park Conservatory). We would not have been able to have everything go a smoothly and on time as it did with all of our vendors without them. They definitely wowed us with what they were capable of. Coordination and day of services were excellent and extremely helpful. Dana is very knowledgeable and communicative to help people who have never planned a wedding before. We would definitely recommend them for people getting married in the greater Ohio area.

One of the major reasons I decided to hire a wedding planner was based on the fact that I wanted me, my spouse, and our families to fully enjoy the day without stressing about the details. This review is long over due! My husband and I hired Dana as our day of coordinator for our 10/22/22 wedding, and looking back it was the absolute best decision I made while wedding planning!! From our first phone call I could tell how passionate Dana was about her job & learning more about my vision as a bride. Throughout the entire process Dana understood what I wanted and never made me feel like to needed to change my vision, which I loved! She was kind of offer advice when needed. Thyme & Detail is absolutely amazing. The team made sure our day was with out a single issue. Dana is the best! She was on top of everything and had every detail nailed down. She was able to see our vision and enhance it to make it better than we could have ever expected. She also kept us within budget and maximized our dollars. Dana also made sure our "day of" timeline had some buffer time so we were on time for everything through out the day. Meeting with her was easy and she was very flexible with meetings. She was always communicating with us to keep us updated as to the progress of planning.

I’ll start by saying there is no way we could’ve planned our wedding without Dana. I was completely overwhelmed by the entire wedding process, and the minute we met Dana, I knew we were in good hands. We were not a couple that had envisioned every detail and just had a general idea of what we wanted the day to look like, and Dana took that idea and turned it into more than we could’ve hoped for. From planning to coordination - she was a master of it all. She had contacts for every situation, including an incredibly last-minute dress overhaul, and was there through every question and stress rant. The day itself was beyond beautiful and completely stress-free. Countless guests made sure to tell us how impressed they were with her and her team. When my partner and I were starting to plan our wedding we had really big ambitions for a Halloween themed wedding, and Dana delivered more than we could have ever hoped for.

Dana listened to every idea we had, no matter how crazy or unconventional they would be, and always took us seriously. She gave us such a well thought out design that was so personal to us, but seeing her work in other weddings I know that's just how attentive and creative as she is with every one of her clients. Our wedding could have been silly or tacky if handled with a less attentive person, but Dana delivered such an elegant and fun atmosphere that we heard from so many people that this was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to.

When she brought us vendors she would bring 3-5 of each. If those didn't work she would bring 3-5 more. If we ever had a problem it was taken care of swiftly and she always made sure we were aware of any others that could arise. She was honest with us about our budget and kept us on track. Dana would often go out of her way to save us money in places so we could do more with it in others.

On top of being incredible at her job, she's also very passionate about sustainability and brings Eco-conscious thinking to a normally wasteful industry. She donated our floral arrangements to a charity so they had a second life, and composted all of the food waste and excess pumpkins we had for decoration. Dana even donated one tree for every guest we had at our ceremony which ended up being an excess of 200 people.

We would recommend Thyme & Details to anyone looking for a wedding planner. No matter what ideas you have for your wedding, she'll make them into reality and deliver a personal touch in all facets of the job. Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have run into Dana when we were looking for our planner because without her, our Hallowedding would never have been as incredible as it was.
