For the price the room was pretty bad. The floor and bed/towels were clean but the bathroom and sink needed renovation 15 years ago.

I made a reservation online that immediately stated I was past the cancellation but didn’t expect a problem as this is the third time this week I’ve done this. My girlfriend is traveling from MN to FL and list her credit card so I’ve been booking and paying. The last three Quality Inns were super accommodating. This one, worst ever. The woman was rude, raised her voice, wouldn’t let me finish my sentence then started accusing me of raising my voice. I was out to dinner sitting in a restaurant and talking in normal conversational volume. The woman wouldn’t even list and treated me like I was a criminal. I understand people try to defraud businesses, but there are multiple ways to have handled this. Best part wouldn’t let my girlfriend check in and wouldn’t cancel the reservation so now it’s going to be a dispute. Do not do business with these people!

There was no quality in this Quality Inn! This room (105) was a disaster. The pictures pretty much say it all. The bed was comfortable...but the comforter was heavily stained. Had we not been on the road for over 14 hours we would of demanded a refund and found something else. Oh, and the hot water wasn't even hot. While $112 isn't a fortune, I do expect not to have cobwebs on the walls and the ceiling not falling down in bed with me.

I booked a non smoking room because we had an infant and children with us. We got a smoking room that smelled horrible. Absolutely disgusting. Cigarette burns in the blankets. Cockroaches inside the room. Holes in the door. Scaffolding set up in front or our door on the side walk, we had to walk under to get in the room.

Tried calling and canceling one of the nights prior to arriving and told I had to come in after 2 pm, they were too busy. Showed up and asked to cancel Sunday while checking in and I was told you have to cancel before 3pm. It was 4 when we arrived. I understand 24 hour cancellation but don’t tell me you’re to busy on the phone to handle it and when I get there it’s 23 hours notice instead of 24 hours and you won’t do it. Especially when the rooms were as bad as they were.

I’m just home from 50 nights on the road, and this was one of the two worst motels I stayed in. The first room reeked, and an employee named Charity switched us to a different room. Still, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the ceiling was a mess, cracked and leaky. There was a roach in the bath room, and the floor was dirty. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was NOT ready at 5:30 as they promised. It was not even ready at 6:30. We knocked on the lobby door and a sleepy man stumbled over and unlocked it. We had obviously awakened him! He said there was coffee and waved his hand toward the machine, then turned around and left us there. Coffee was horrible, and nothing else was ready, so we walked over to the Huddle House and got breakfast.

A bit expensive but exactly the quality I wanted to feel and see for my late night getaway, felt just like home without the stress of home 🙂

The fact that there was a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom doesn’t mean that the room should’ve been neglected the way it was. That was the one selling point and I guess the one reason they felt like the price could be the way was. Day, one upon check in the bedding was pretty nasty, and the part that killed me, is that we had to bring that bedding up to the front desk and they didn’t even have any new bedding. They had a light blanket. Day, one upon check in the bedding was pretty nasty, and the part that killed me, is that we had to bring that bedding up to the front desk and they didn’t even have any new bedding. They had a light blanket. We had to ask for new towels every day at the front desk. we had to ask for new towels every day at the front desk. The continental breakfast wasn’t really continental or a breakfast. There were dead bugs, a live lizard in the room and possibly lizard droppings. What more is there to say other than when I asked to speak to a manager? I was conveniently told that he wouldn’t come in until after check out time.
