Susan was really amazing: she greater us at their office on Taylor street and we embarked on the 10:45 am bus. We enjoyed the trip and Robert the live guide was very knowledgeable and played his role perfectly like a sophisticated British!
Thanks organizers keep it up. Today we would try the blue route if the have one on the map

Most definitely taking this tour again and again and recommending to all family and friends!!!! Driver Jamaal is top notch guys makes it the most enjoyable experience even if things don’t go as planned. Most definitely best tour guide I’ve ever had!!!

A company you really should avoid if you want a reliable comfortable experience. Jumped on, then after one stop had to change bus, then back again. Driver seemed rude and unhelpful. Ride to golden gate Bridge was fun and as described. Next stop golden gate park, the route was not as show - we got off here. After 45 minutes we did jump on another bus and had a great ride with driver Willie. Got off at Union Square for an hour of sightseeing. We then waited for around 1.5hours with no bus, so decided to walk back to Fisherman's Wharf. We got back to the boarding information station a lttle after 5 o'clock, but every one had packed up and gone home.
If you want a good hop on hop off experience DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!
While we were waiting at Union Square 5 Big Bus hop on hop off buses went through. Maybe a little more expensive, but at least reliable, and you won't have to walk back to your start place - they also looked a whole lot more comfortable.

SF Deluxe Sightseeing Tours provided an overall decent experience. While the tour itself was informative and covered the main attractions, there was a disappointing incident. Towards the end of the tour, we were left at a bus stop while we were clicking some pictures, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the last bus for the day. This left us feeling stranded and inconvenienced.

On a positive note, the tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing interesting facts about San Francisco's landmarks. The bus was comfortable and clean, making the journey enjoyable.
However, the unexpected inconvenience at the end of the tour did affect our overall impression.

We took the tour today, starting off with a quick jaunt to the Fisherman’s Wharf, where we got on and met with Marquis the tour guide, and Pablo the driver.

I have to say, hands down, this fabulous duo really made the entire trip memorable. Marquis was very knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and always jumped to help anyone that needed it. Another nice touch is whilst we were on a quick break for 15 min, he still answered our questions. Hands down one of the best tour guides ever.
As for Pablo, he had a real eye for safety whilst driving our bus. I never felt as if there were any worry. That is no small feat, as the traffic in SAN Francisco can be challenging at times. The duo worked masterfully together.

Edit to add: it was our 20th anniversary, and we added this tour to our plans. We plan to come back, and definitely hope both Marquis and Pablo will be our duo again, they are that good. Thank you a million times over! We will be back!

Enas was the best sales person we ever meet she welcomed us at pier 33 today,explained all the stop and how it’s work she handle it in very professional way ,we took a bus tour with San Francisco Deluxe Sightseeing Tours, and it was an unforgettable experience! The friendly guides provided insightful commentary about the city's history and landmarks, making the tour both informative and entertaining. The double-decker bus provided an elevated view, allowing us to relax and take in stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and Fisherman’s Wharf. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the best of San Francisco in a convenient and enjoyable way!

Was a rainy morning and boarded the 1st bus prior to commencement of the tour at 1015am. The lower deck seats were all wet and ceiling was leaking.
Oh no, that’s not what we signed up for.
We were then moved out heading to Fisherman’s Wharf to transfer to another bus. Enroute the driver / guide was giving a brief introduction of the city and the speaker was not only loud but also there was this constantly unbearable buzzing noise from the speaker.
Thanks God was a short ride.
We were then transferred to another double deck bus which was slightly in a better shape as Willy the guide / driver can be seen wiping down the seats while the participants were in line waiting to board.
Was a good start to lift the mood from him introducing the vicinity by rapping however after going on rapping and it started becoming irritating and distracting.

Hope the other tour company initially we wanted to go for offer a better experience instead.

Disappointing and expensive for a mediocre experience. The buses are dingy and look like a massive refurbishment is required the audio jacks for half the seats are missing plus the breaks scream whenever breaking which was concerning. The audio system is either too loud or completely inaudible. The final frustration was when the driver said buses until 5:30 which was incorrect later I found out they finish at 4pm which incidentally is far too early. The reason I knew they weren't coming they did not show up and then checked and found out it was always going to be at 4.
