She has an incredible network of local vendors and was able to provide fantastic recommendations, which made narrowing down options so much easier. Her experience, particularly with weddings and specific venues, was invaluable. She knew what questions to ask, what worked well, and what didn’t, saving me from unnecessary stress and potential missteps.

I can't speak highly enough of Emily and her team. From day 1, Emily was organized, positive and skilled in her suggestions for our wedding. We did the "day of wedding coordination package" which includes a handful of meetings leading up to the wedding and it felt incredibly supportive and comprehensive.

The day of the wedding went seamlessly. Emily and her team worked very hard while remaining calm with my partner and I as a rock to lean on during all the chaos. I truly don't think I could have enjoyed the day and all there is to manage without her. I have seen how the stress of a wedding can impact planners and frustrate them and that was simply not the case for us. Emily was a true professional and had everything well thought out in advance.

Her prices are beyond fair and I believe she is worth at least 2-3x the investment we made with her. In an industry that seems to milk clients for all they are worth, she is a breath of fresh air. When my vendors knew they were going to be working with Emily, they all RAVED about her services. On our wedding day, Emily and her team worked very hard to bring our vision to life. If there were any issues with vendors or behind the scenes, I had no idea, and any time I needed Emily she was there to help. We cannot say enough amazing things about Emily—she was absolutely *essential* to making our big day flawless! From the moment we hired her, she took charge in the most organized and calm way possible. In the months leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track with every single detail. She helped us put together our dream vendor team on our budget, worked with those vendors to create a clear timeline, and ensured we didn’t miss a thing. The best part? She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, or just reassure us when we started feeling overwhelmed.
As we got closer to the big day, she and her assistant Elena helped us stay focused, taking care of all the behind-the-scenes logistics so we could enjoy the process. Emily coordinated with all our vendors when we made the last-minute switch to pivot from indoor dining to outdoor dining, and handled all the minor (but crucial!) tasks we didn’t even realize needed attention such as refilling our Polaroid camera and providing cake knives. The wedding planning felt like it was completely in her capable hands, which lifted such a huge weight off our shoulders.
On the day of the wedding, we were *finally* able to relax and be fully present. We weren’t constantly looking at the clock or worrying about the next step—because she was handling it all. From directing our wedding party, to keeping the ceremony and reception on schedule, to making sure all our guests were comfortable and everything was running smoothly, she kept everything flowing like clockwork. We honestly couldn’t have enjoyed the day more because she made sure everything was taken care of with such grace and professionalism.
If you’re looking for someone who not only knows how to plan but also knows how to keep you calm and organized during the entire process, Emily is *the one*. She allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day without a single worry, and that’s priceless. Highly, highly recommend!

Jalie Events was incredible to work with! Emily helped us plan and execute a dream wedding in Tahoe and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Emily was responsive, helpful, and organized, and we could not have pulled it off without her. She gave us advice and also was mindful of our budgetary restrictions and preferences the whole way. Even though we experienced some rain/lightning delays on the actual wedding day, Emily had a perfect backup plan and the evening still flowed as if nothing went wrong. You'd truly never know! Emily is organized, thoughtful, kind, and was truly a rockstar in making sure our wedding day ran perfectly. Throughout the planning process, she provided timelines and alterations to the design planning and she understood and executed our vision perfectly from start to finish.
