My (now) husband and I were looking for a planner to help with our wedding because we are transplants who don’t have any local family in the state! I wanted a planner because I can be very detail oriented and I did not want to spend my wedding day worrying about every detail or scenario, and I wanted someone who was familiar with the area and vendors to help us choose vendors who were affordable and great! After meeting with Heather, we quickly hired her to be our planner and designer and I am so glad we did.

I didn’t have a thorough picture of how I wanted my wedding to look, but I definitely knew how I wanted it to feel and Heather understood that and delivered way above what I could’ve imagined! It was so relieving everytime we chatted because she anticipated exactly what I was concerned about (guest comfort, wedding flow, aesthetic).

On our wedding day, I enjoyed every second but my favorite moment was truly the ceremony and being able to be present in that moment completely. Not only was Heather so positive and 3 steps ahead of everything, but so were her assistants. My husband remarked that her and her team just met each of his comments and questions with positivity and a can-do attitude. I was blown away by the decor and attention to detail. My guests said it was a lovely, beautiful evening with impeccable flow and everything was so convenient and well thought out.

I highly recommend Heather and her team as your wedding planner and designer if you want to feel relaxed, dazzled and present on your wedding day.

Heather was amazing! She helped keep us organized and on top of everything. We managed to prep and hold a wonderful wedding in just a couple of months. No words will ever properly describe the work Heather put into our wedding. She is the most caring, hard working vendor you will ever work with. Her attention to detail is incredible and her willingness to constantly adjust and make things work for your special day is outstanding. When I say this is the best money we spent on the entire wedding I mean it. She will be there for everything you need. She constantly stepped outside of her job description to meet our every need (including finding us places to get covid test the day before the wedding!). Do not hesitate, hire her. I promise you will not only not regret it, but like us, you will be sure this was the best investment for your wedding day. Every single one of our guests raved about Heather too, we are still hearing all about it! Hire her, hire her, hire her!!

So glad Heather was part of the month of wedding plan! I’m one of the lucky moms that got to plan their sons wedding! My son and his girlfriend/fiancé shot me a few ideas and I ran with it. Heather was always an email away when I needed ideas or suggestions. She really shined with her timeline planning, organization and keeping all communications between vendors on track. Heather has a great eye for decorating. We set up our decor and she and her team enhanced it with a few of their things and it was beyond what I imagined! Both the bride and groom were extremely happy with how smooth everything went and how well orchestrated the whole wedding was. From assisting the photographer to prepping the bridal party, keeping the caterers and DJ on track and more, Heather and her team were outstanding! So much energy! We’d recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

I hired Heather 3 weeks out from my wedding because I was so overwhelmed with planning. I wish I had hired her from the start! She was so organized and on top of everything. I had A LOT of things that I had planned. She made sure everything was executed as I had envisioned. She coordinated all my vendors and had a perfect timeline down for the day of the wedding. She is also super energetic and you can tell she loves her job. I don’t know how I would have done it without her. Seriously worth every penny!!
