I purchased my maid of honor dress from Elegant Bridals in Augusta. They recommended Alethia Hudson Designs for any needed alterations.
Mrs. Hudson was courteous, professional and understood what i wanted done. It was easy to book an appt with her online. I even took another formal dress I purchased a while ago that needed alterations as well to ask if she could do it too and she didnt hesitate. So actually, two dresses were done.
When I showed her a pic of an outfit and asked if she could possibly find a similar pattern to make it, she said all she needed was my measurements; the picture and she could make a pattern...

I worked with her for the first time and picked up my dress yesterday. After a series of issues related to the fabric, she was left with a very short time period in which to complete the dress. But, she got it done! The dress is beautiful! I wore it to a big event and received many compliments. All I provided her with was a photo and colors, and she did everything else. Alethia Hudson Designs, is phenomenal, she did an awesome job in capturing the visions of which my wife and I presented to her in the orchestration of her evening dress for a class reunion, my wife Patricia was the talk of the reunion. She had never worn a sequin dress and it was out of her reach in, but Alethia designed it just right, an exquisite fit, color and design. She also did some alterations for an evening gown, she's just remarkable in all aspects, you definitely won't go wrong with Alethia Hudson Designs.... she's a force to be reckoned with!
