Carley was fantastic! As a DIY bride I needed someone to take the stress off of me and from the moment we signed the contract I felt more relaxed. I hired her less than 2 months before my wedding and she was on top of things from the beginning. By the time the wedding day came I wasn't worrying about anything. I had a specific design and quite a bit of set-up for them that I was worried they would have trouble getting it done but everything was finished on time and looked absolutely perfect. By far worth every penny!

Carley recently did the day-of-coordination for my wedding and she did an amazing job! Carley is extremely responsive, sends out monthly updates of the next steps needed in the planning, and everything went perfectly according to plan. Carley also made everything so easy by reaching out to all the vendors and coordinating setup. Carley and the team are also just so genuine and nice, they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

If you are currently searching for a day of wedding coordinator, you can stop your search now because you just found the best one! The owner of Day of Details, Carley, is a true professional. She also is just so lovely and organized. Carley did an amazing job of checking in, and was patient with me whenever I had questions. Overall, she was such a pleasure to work with! She really understood our vision with very little direction, she absolutely nailed what we wanted! She also ensured we kept as close to the timeline as possible (which can be so hard in any wedding!) She really put my mind to ease and made my day and the entire experience so seamless. I can confidently say that, all the planning and effort I put into the wedding would have never come to life if it were not for Carley and her wonderful assistant. Thank you, Carley for everything!

I cannot say enough good things about Carley (the owner of Day of Details)!! She was truly amazing. Not only did she help make my vision come to life on my wedding day but she was also extremely patient with me leading up to the wedding, answering any questions I had. She is truly such a joy to work with and I would recommend her (and her assistants) to anyone looking for a coordinator! Our day ran so smoothly and I wasn't worried about a thing knowing that we were in great hands! Truly a must!

Carley and Lauren were FANTASTIC! She sent monthly emails to keep us on track, we had an in person session to discuss EVERYTHING and tie up loose ends which had us feeling so good and relaxed and ready for the big day. On wedding day she was a champ. Calm, upbeat, and everything went perfectly. We were often ahead of schedule and always felt like Carley was on top of everything. I loved that she asked ahead of time how much involvement we wanted on decisions on the day of. She really took our preferences to heart. I’d highly recommend Carley and the Day of Details team for your wedding day if you want to be fully present and focus on spending time with your partner and friends and family. Ah and LOVED that she took a couple little videos throughout the night!

Words cannot describe how amazing Carley is - I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

Not only did she bring such peace of mind during our wedding planning process, Carley is so much more than just a day or month of coordinator. She is so experienced and really helped us realize what we want during our wedding. She is organized from day 1 and has been a friend throughout the whole process.

Due to Hurricane Milton, we ended up having to cancel our large wedding at Hotel Haya a few days before our big day and very last minute planned a small intimate wedding for the week after in St. Augustine (after going through the whole planning process with Carley for the Hotel Haya wedding). Not only did Carley help us make it happen while she was in the middle of a hurricane, she pivoted with us and came out to St. Augustine to coordinate for us that day! Carley took her time to help us find the perfect vendors for on the East Coast, go through the planning process all over again, and drive to us (again, all while preparing, going through, and dealing with the damage after the hurricane that brought so much damage to the Tampa Bay area).

We have endless appreciation for what Carley did, and are in awe with what she is capable of.
From one bride to another, working with Carley was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

We cant be more thankful that Carley and her team were there for us and our guests at our wedding!! They help made our special day run smoothly.. from taking care of the final details to getting a needle to fix a button for my brother in law! These ladies are prepared!! They were familiar with the venue and were very open to ideas for our american-latin wedding. You wont regret having them coordinating your event!!
