Becky planned the perfect vacation in Cozumel for my daughter and I. The resort was awesome. Staff and food were great. She was able to determine exactly what I was looking for in a Spring Break vacation and made it happen. 10/10. We made forever memories and had the best time. I’ve always just planned my own vacations, but this year I started working and just didn’t have time. So I decided to use a travel agent. I’m so relieved I did!!! Experience Joy, specifically Becky, was fantastic to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked her to do all the work for me and she did way better than I could’ve even hoped. I’ve worked with Experience Joy twice now and I have no plans to stop. Becky is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I recommend Experience Joy all over the place any time I can! The hotel was good but this agent, Becky, was amazing. When we weren't sure what the hotel clerk was doing, Becky jumped in right away to clear up the confusion.
