It is a Great hotel to stay in the L.A Metro area. Everything fun is basically within a Hour like the beach and mountains plus countryside. There is a Decent food selection and they bake some cookies now and then. I Recommend for Small group Travelling and such. Beautiful lobby and Pool + Jacuzzi/Spa. I haven't tried the restaurant their yet but I hope to soon.

Having previously stayed at another Ayres hotel we were pleasantly surprised how much better the spa was. |Yes it maybe dated but it’s exceptionally clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. |The pool area is lovely with a handful of sun beds available. The pool is heated with fresh towels available. |Breakfast is a limited buffet, freshly cooked with a great waffle maker. |We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and it was quiet. The jet tub in the bathroom was also lovely and the quality of the breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bathtub and shower were also nice and big. Breakfast was delicious - hot cooked each morning. Yummy cookies in the evening. You can enjoy a pretty sunset view from the pool area. The restaurant on site is actually really good! There is a fire pit with seating you can enjoy over in the spa section of the property. Wonderful restaurants a short walk down the hill. The only negative is the breakfast room is very loud and lively! They should consider putting acoustics on the walls to mitigate the noise. Otherwise, great hotel, great location!

Positive: The in house restaurant and it's staff were great. Negative: Upon arrival the front desk staff was slightly rude and dismissive regarding my questions about the hotel. The bathroom in my room was not as clean as I would have liked. And the room could have used more vacuuming. Hotel has potential to be better.

Positive: Great location close to the main roads in and out of the area. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished. Parking is included. Staff were very pleasant. Helped us get an anniversary gift we left behind. Full on breakfast foods provided. Negative: The breakfast area was tight. Far too much in one little space for a full hotel. Strange stains next to the main ceiling light. Missing remote for living area TV. We could hear a lot of noise in the hallway, and our neighbors were not terribly quiet.

I had an enjoyable stay. The room and facility were clean; and the hotel was easy to access from the freeway. My suite was not only clean but also spacious. I was on a business trip and access to the internet was important to me: the hotel's internet connection worked very well. Management and staff were courteous and professional.
