the whale tour was amazing. We went on the sunset tour which provided us with seeing so many whales, along with beautiful sunset views on the ocean. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were gone for about 2ish hours and even the ride out was nice, as we got to go out underneath the golden gate bridge. bathrooms on board, some inside seating, and they also had some snacks available for purchase at decent prices compared to other places around the wharf. Would definitely recommend!

Despite taking a while to see some whales, not once was I bored or hopeless. The crew were energetic and knowledgeable, and did everything they could to ensure we saw the whales they promised us. To quote the captain, ‘I will not go back to shore until I get you guys some whales’, and he sure did. During this, we saw all sorts of other wildlife, including dolphins, which were a pleasant surprise. A great start to the morning, a bit cold (as expected) but well worth it overall.

Really great crew.
Friendly and dedicated.
They work really hard to get you to see whales - and we did see like 3-5 (hard to tell).
Take their advice seriously!
Bring water!
Bring snacks (they also sell snacks).
Prepare yourself for cold weather.
Prepare yourself to get sea-showered.

If you are a photographer, bring a long lens (200mm+).

We’ve encountered rough waters on our way back, many people threw up.
This is not going against the crew - it’s just nature doing its thing.
Bring medication if you are prone to sea sickness.

What a great way to start off the morning! The crew was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The sights were awesome. Saw some whales but I didn't get photos of them because I was to busy watching. Spectacular deal on the morning tour.

This was a very cool experience! We were able to see at least four humpback whales! The ride also offers many great views of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge! This was one of our highlights of the entire trip.

I had an amazing experience! Although I haven’t seen whales on the trip, I got to see dolphins and other really cool species (since I haven’t seen a whale on this trip, my ticket will be valid until I see one!). For me personally, just being on the boat and going out near the ocean was really fun! The waves are incredible and the scenery was spectacular! If it wasn’t for lovely Ella and Michelle, it wouldn’t have been a great time! And of course, the one and only captain! He was a great captain, entertaining and making us laugh during our journey! Overall, the most friendliest and passionate and professional people I’ve met!

I would definitely go again and again with these people!
