This three day trip from Los Angeles to 17mile drive , to Union city, to San Francisco and Yosemite National park was wonderful. Selina is such a helpful, efficient and well organized Tour guide. She went out of her way to make things easy for everyone and was always firm and pleasant with everyone. She spoke in both English and mandarin to accommodate all her tourists. She was very accommodating as well especially in helping me sort out the closest drop off spot. Logan the driver is an excellent driver. It was a very safe feeling driving with him. Thank you Selina and Logan.

We took the 3 day tour which includes: 17 mile drive/Pebble Beach Golf course; San Francisco; and visit to Yosemite National Park. It was a good itinerary with lots to see, I wish we have younger legs. When I booked the tour, I picked “English” as preferred language, however, mostly Chinese guests reserved on that day so we ended up being the only English speaking guests in the group. Our guide Oscar tried to accommodate the 2 of us but majority of his narratives were in Chinese. Our Driver Juan was excellent. We feel very safe throughout the tour.

I had the best experience touring around California in 3 days. Our tour guide Bella is very knowledgeable and made sure we get to see the famous spots at the best time. She is very organized and made sure we don’t get to waste time and get to our destinations. Highly recommended.

Amy is very nice and experienced, everything is organized to perfection!

We recently had the pleasure of joining a tour led by Shawn Chen with Ctour Holiday and it was an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, our tour guide Shawn Chen demonstrated exceptional knowledge, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the destinations we visited.

One of the highlights for me was seeing how much my 5-year-old daughter adored Shawn Chen. She was captivated by their stories and warm personality, and by the end of the tour, she didn't want to leave! It was heartwarming to see how tour guide connected with her, making the experience magical and memorable for the entire family.

I highly recommend Ctour Holiday and tour guide Shawn Chen to anyone looking for an enriching and delightful travel experience. They truly made the trip exceptional, and I can't wait to join another adventure with them in the future!

We went to Yellow Stone National Park with our tour guide, Rebecca Wang. She really did a great job to make us have a wonderful trip. I felt so lucky that I had this trip with her for some reasons:

First of all, she is good at solving a lot of difficult problems happened in our group. For example, our bus had some issues which made us have to wait more than 2 hours in the morning. It’s not her fault, but she did a lot of efforts to make us have a good place to wait and help us to change a bus immediately.

Secondly, she is very responsible and cares about everyone. Moreover, she is willing to help, has good attitude, and treats everyone fairly. In my opinion, she even worked overtime. Our trip usually starts from 7 a.m and end about 10p.m.

However , there are some issues of the company.

1. From my perspective, Ctour Holiday should make sure the quality of bus in advance, but not make us waste 2 hours to wait.

2. According to the contract, we were supposed to stay at a three-star hotel in Salt Lake City, but we actually stayed at a two-star hotel. We didn't receive any apology or compensation.

Our tour guide was Summer/Yiyi. I’ve been on a couple of tours with various companies before and she has been far the best I’ve come across. She is very knowledgeable and gives us excellent advice on how to make the most of our experience. We went to various National Parks in AZ and UT - Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, Arches, Monument Valley, Horseshoe Bend, Lower Antelope, and Grand Canyon. The tour was packed but not rushed. It was the perfect pace for my family and me (all adults). Summer made the tour memorable and a fantastic experience.

Our tour guide is awesome in that he is experienced in leading Yellowstone National Park tours. He knows which trials are worth going and can fit in our schedule, what wild lives, mountains, or rivers may present along the bus trip, where great local restaurants and supermarkets are, and how to take pictures through great angles. Since our group has both non-English and English- speaking tour members, he does bilingual description for all tourist sites. He saves some extra time for certain sites so that tourists can take their time in those gorgeous views. He also regularly checks in with all families to make sure they don’t get lost in the trials.

He also sets clear rules and keeps the tour members on time with the traveling agenda. He regularly checks in with people on feedback and resolves problems in a timely manner. His humor and people skills help build an efficient and pleasant tour experience. Thanks to Jack, I really enjoy this trip!
