We hired Amormagic for our wedding day coordination, even though it wasn’t a full planning service, Mandy and Doris helped us a lot in the planning stage and provided bunch of helpful guides and tips. The wedding day went super smooth and successful, we couldn’t make it happen without Doris and her team’s hard work. Definitely recommend the team if you’re looking for wedding planner or coordination!

I want to thank Mandy , Doris and their team for all their hard work over the past few months. ?I cannot have such an amazing wedding without their help. They delivered beyond my expectation on every single detail. ?
When I was looking for planners/coordinators, Mandy and Doris explained to all my lengthy questions patiently and timely. I know I am a picky person. 😉 They made the conversation very warm from the beginning, I could feel they put all their hearts into it , they are trying to help a friend of them, instead of just a client.
I also had questions if it really worth to hire wedding planner or should I just DIY since I have time. YES, it worth every $! During our planning process to the end of the wedding. I realize Mandy can quickly get what we want for our wedding, and communicate with vendors more efficiently more accurately using their wedding professional languages. 🙂 this will avoid a lot of unnecessary back and forth discussion, and most importantly, to avoid any miscommunication.

We didn’t choose the usual wedding venues. I didn’t realize this later add a lot of extra work for them to plan for the logistics, to coordinate and to execute the plan. But they made it! Every single detail… I cannot love more ?
I was joking this with my friends— while my husband was tied up on his job, I felt I was marrying Mandy and Doris , I felt they were holding my hands, gave me more support and made me relaxed when we need to make 1000 decisions on the wedding details within 2 months.

The wedding day has been unbelievably smooth!!! I have been to many weddings and I told myself, if anything happens, it is okay! If we run late for something, it is okay! But my concern was unnecessary, my day has been so smooth so relaxed!!! This cannot be achieved without Doris and her coordination team. Even my other vendors who worked with Doris first time, told me “your coordination is the best I have worked with. They are very detail oriented, very accurate, very easy to work with.”

I am so happy I chose Amormagic for my big day and you completely beat our expectations!! We cannot thank you enough!!.

Our wedding day was nothing short of glamorous and we owe so much of that to the incredible team at AMORMAGIC. From the first Zoom meeting with Mandy - the wedding planner - we knew we were in capable and caring hands. From the outset, Mandy impressed us with her organization skills. She kept us on track with regular updates, and managed numerous vendor communications, even during Christmas holiday season. Her team's ability to coordinate every aspect of our wedding day ensured that everything flowed smoothly and effortlessly. Our wedding wouldn’t be going so smoothly and enjoyable without Amormagic.
Mandy is honest to what venues are not ideal and generously provide information even I haven’t decided which planners/coordinators to work with.
Doris became our coordinator from Amormagic. She is very responsible and reliable to collaborate with the vendors. I’m surprised she remembered every single trivial need so we never have to followup. She also proactively confirmed with us about many items we hadn’t thought of. When the time came closer to the wedding date, we were getting busier. Doris became even more helpful in vendors coordination, timeline, checking lists etc and keep them in control.
On our wedding day, Cici is my bridal assistant. At first I haven’t thought much about if I’d need her help since Doris has been well taking care of vendors, and I have the makeup stylist accompanying me. However it turns out Cici is crucial in taking care of me and helped execute/communicate the need whenever I had.
We had some time delay from ourselves and a vendor. However, they caught up all the delays back to schedule without feeling rush!
I enjoyed a lot during the wedding day without any accidents/uncertainty come to me that I had to distract to. In the end everything goes way better than I expected.
I feel so lucky to have Amormagic here!

Before I decided to hire Amormagic, I've met and talked to many other planners. But, in the end, we chose Mandy/Doris.

Since I have already met some of the planners before hiring Mandy's team. I already had some ideas about how this whole " wedding coordinator" thing works... because you will find out there are different types of coordinator offer various packages. Mandy was very honest and upfront, even if we didn't choose her, she had already offered a lot of great information on the vendors and things for us to avoid when planning a wedding.

Doris as our main planner, she was very supportive and always responding to our messages. Every little details, they were able to provide feedbacks to the bride/groom. TRUST ME, they are very professional and they know what the bride needs/feel.

On our wedding day, Amormagic had 4 people in total on site. (Mandy/Doris +2 assistants, the bride gets an assistant to help you deal with little things such as your cell phone/water/anything... you can possibly think of) While Doris and the other assistant are busy at setting up the ceremony/reception and other matters. Doris did such a great job handling all matter of aspects to ensure the bride is stress-free. So, the bride can be the best of her, because that day will go by so fast.

It was a pleasure to work with Mandy/Doris. My husband and I are glad that we picked Amormagic. Keep up the great works!
