Great experience! Lots of fun for a 4 y/o and his mom! We were able to do a lot together, although I was a little tall for the climbing gym. We went on July 5, so it wasn’t very busy, but I didn’t feel like I needed to be on-top of my child the entire time—I was able to hear him even if I couldn’t see him—of course, this would depend on your child’s comfort level, and I might feel differently if it was very busy. The staff was very helpful and provided assistance readily. The best part? My son was asleep in his car seat before we even left the parking lot!

From the moment we walked in the door to purchase packages for our kiddos, I was immediately blown away at the fact that associate was so embedded in her phone: "please sign the waivers over there" she said as she pointed to the Kiosk while simultaneously swiping on her phone.... She seemed a bit bothered when asked for help. She seem like she did not want to be there... As for the Kiosk, it's straight forward however, give customers the ability to add/sign bulk waivers before being able to add packages and please add payment options so customers can get squared away pronto. It wasn't a huge crowd there when we went so I did a walk through to have a look at the things my kids are going to touch. I noticed about 3 of the safety monitors doing acrobatics to themselves in the dodge ball pin. They wasn't at their posts, monitoring the kids that was playing at various stations. Some of the edges of the padding needs to be replaced as they are a tripping hazard. You can't ask us to sign a waiver and still have tripping hazards. The men's restroom was a utter disappointment... I looked down at the floor and I saw multiple impressions of little footprints in multiple puddles of dried up urine stains. I told my son to wear his shoes when using the restroom. P.S. THE REST ROOMS NEED SOME ATTENTION. The concession stand was open but the Attendant was ducked off somewhere in the back. When we placed our order, it took 2 minutes for him to surface. Perhaps he saw us on the camera and came running. He was kind, courteous and professional with us as we placed our order. But he returned to the back before we completely walk away. Overall the bulk of the staff were teens or young adults, they do their job when the the crowd comes in but when it slows down, it seems like they hide. I've witnessed the supervisor walk the floor and have personally saw an associate swerve her and slip out of her sight. Instead of hiding and doing acrobatics; perhaps cleaning the men's room should be something to do because it is a health hazard for a child to wade in public urine when visiting the restroom. Instead of being on the phone; why not get customers signed in, waivers signed and packages purchased. Do away with the Kiosk because there are too many free hands available to help man the front desk. To sum up the review, my kids had a blast. This experience was different from visits to other UA. But there need to be team meeting over this. Having a job is a responsibility. Especially when you're in charge of the safety of all guests. So the staff here needs to trained again. Thank you

I had a remarkably easy check-in process that only took me about 10 minutes to provide the necessary information and sign the waiver for both of my kids. However, I did notice that the facility could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness. Another aspect that caught my attention was the limited staff supervision, which could be enhanced for better safety and assistance. Despite these concerns, our overall visit was enjoyable, thanks to the wide variety of activities available to us. I was pleased to find that everything within the facility worked perfectly, and the concessions offered a great selection of snacks at a reasonable value. Considering the positive aspects of our experience, we are definitely inclined to visit again in the future.

I had the pleasure of visiting the indoor trampoline park in homewood and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cleanliness of the facility. It was evident that they take maintenance seriously, as every corner seemed spotless.

The equipment was not only clean but also looked like it had been recently updated. The trampolines were in excellent condition, with no signs of wear or tear. The padding around the edges was thick and well-maintained, ensuring safety for all jumpers.

What truly stood out to me was the variety of activities available. From standard trampoline jumping to dodgeball and basketball courts, indoor playground for younger children . There is a new attraction that has been added as well , Twist Tower, there was something for everyone. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everyone followed safety guidelines while still having a blast.

One thing I appreciated was the organization of the park. Despite it being a busy day, there was plenty of space for everyone to jump without feeling crowded. Additionally, the layout made it easy to navigate between different attractions without feeling overwhelmed.

Overall, my experience at the indoor trampoline park was fantastic. The combination of cleanliness, updated equipment, and diverse activities made it a memorable outing. Whether you're a kid or just a kid at heart, I highly recommend checking it out.

Staff bullied kids, were sitting on cell phones, running around and doing flips on the trampolines. It was an unsafe environment because of the teenage staff. They got on to a bunch of boys playing with a ball, then proceeded to play with the ball themselves.

This place has a little bit of everything and the kids all had a great time. We went because that's where my sons football team had their team party after winning the championship game. Everyone had a great time

Stay away please don't take your children this place is filthy and is not being properly cleaned I would suggest you not waste your money.. Majority of the attractions are out of order. The foam pit smells terrible. This place has went down hill completely a needs a full renovation/facelift ...I would like a refund!! I asked for a manager the teenager worker said that the manager was gone for the day this is a terrible place being ranned by teenager kids who don't care and are just there to ride the clock for a paycheck.

From the moment we walked in today until the time we left we had a wonderful time! Jordan at the front was so friendly and personable, and Michael B. at the go-carts was as well. They conversed with the kids and would even check to make sure they were having a good time. There was another gentleman there as well, but I didn’t get him name. He too was polite and helpful. We drove from Tuscaloosa and will for sure be back. It was clean and the atmosphere was positive and helpful. These three men are golden employees and I hope the company treats them that way!!!
