Update: Marie/Hofman Hospitality Group has gotten back to me after speaking to three other people. Issue has been resolved internally and all is good. I'm happy... Back to 5 Stars Lucille's.

Lucille's is one of my all time favorite restaurants but can change if I continue to get push back on trying to change a date for pickup when payment has already been made in full. This is NOT catering but normal lunch pickup that I placed in advance for my team (work). Don't see why thy would have to refund me (which funds will take some time per Lucille's Manager) and then place the order again only to be charged again. Doesn't make sense.

Rebekah Irwin from Marketing reached out to me regarding my Yelp review of Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ in West Covina. I replied THREE TIMES but never heard back from her. So the disappointment and really bad customer service extends into the ownership as well. HOW SPECIAL! Your customers are the people who keep you in business, especially during this time when people are struggling you should do better. But per the MANY reviews the managers and staff at this restaurant is not! Also when you reach out to a customer who had a negative experience you should actually reply to your emails in a timely manner! Oh wait you still have yet to reply!!!

I want to say that the supervisor carrie at lucille's BBQ in orange on Chapman Street was far above thee best supervisor I've ever met. Our food was late getting here because of grub hub and since I could not get grub hub to respond to my email or call us back she took my call and listened to what had happened to us she then went above and beyond to email grub hub on our behalf and told me to give her a cb if we did not hear from them.she was very friendly and helpful.this lady knows how to get the job done and left me feeling back in a good mood after our phone call. She did not rush me off the phone like most places or try to pass me along to someone else. She deserves a raise for sure .probably and I would say most likely the best employee lucille's has!
