We had an incredible experience working with the Carmel Fields team at Wedgewood Weddings!

From the very beginning, we worked closely with Annie and Alycia, and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting to all the planning check-ins, they made sure we felt confident every step of the way. We knew our wedding would run smoothly and be exactly what we envisioned.

What we truly appreciated was how easy it was to make decisions with the team’s help. Instead of scrambling to find vendors for every detail, they provided us with excellent options and recommendations, all from trusted, preferred vendors at reasonable prices. They also regularly host wedding fairs at the venue so you can meet all their vendors in person!

The venue itself was stunning, especially after its recent renovations. The exposed beams were just what we wanted, and the mix of natural greenery and modern design created the perfect backdrop for our photos, including our first look.
We also chose to have our ceremony at Monastery Beach, just a short 8-minute drive from Carmel Fields. It was the perfect location to complement the venue’s beauty.

We had our wedding in the Merienda Room at Carmel Fields on 6/8/24 and the garden arbor ceremony. My husband and I have zero bad memories or negative things to say. Anahi, who provided our tour when we first visited, did our sales intake, and was our day-of coordinator, was AMAZING. 10 out of 10, she was so on point. Huge thank you to Anahi. We live in San Francisco, and planning from out-of-town was super easy. Wedgewood sent a huge binder with checklists and notes, and we had several remote planning calls. They are all pros, we would highly recommend Wedgewood/Carmel Fields to anyone looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue in Central Coast. All the vendors were fantastic, especially CCE, the DJ and upgraded photo booth team. I'm a huge music person so wanted to make sure the music was perfect, and it absolutely was. Lupe (our DJ) was awesome! Plus the Merienda Room is gorgeous, the surrounding hills look like Switzerland. We could not have been happier with how our wedding went. Thank you again, WW!

Ask to sample their food offerings before booking here! The terrible food eclipsed the otherwise enjoyable wedding I was a guest at. The beef tenderloin had the taste and consistency of teriyaki beef jerky, without exaggeration. It wasn't just me, everyone was complaining about the food. People were asking for the kids menu item of chicken tenders and fries just to satiate themselves, and the kitchen couldn't keep up. Inedible to say the least.

I have photographed countless weddings at Carmel Fields by Wedgewood weddings and I have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff is amazing and responsive. The team of wedding coordinators make sure everything runs one time and efficiently but you never feel rushed. The bridal suite for getting ready had such amazing lighting for getting ready shots. There are numerous locations to decide on where to have your wedding ceremony and they all photograph so well.

Ceremony & Reception
The ceremony site is an absolute showstopper, with its open-air design and stunning views of the surrounding hills. It’s peaceful, intimate, and filled with natural beauty that needed very little decoration to feel like a dream. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the location was. For the reception, the indoor ballroom is spacious, elegantly designed, and offers a chic, modern aesthetic that feels timeless. The lighting, sound system, and space layout were perfect for our large guest list, and the flow of the evening felt natural and comfortable.

Food & Catering
The food at Carmel Fields was another highlight. We chose one of their catering packages, and everything was absolutely delicious. From the cocktail hour appetizers to the plated dinner, our guests raved about how great the food was. The Wedgewood Weddings team provided excellent service, ensuring that everyone was well taken care of throughout the night.

I just had the most AMAZING wedding on 10/10/24 at Carmel Fields by Wedgewood Weddings. This was honestly our dream venue. All of the renovations they have done made this venue so dreamy and you really can't beat the views!

Our wedding coordinator was Annie, with whom we had the initial tour and 2/3 of our planning meetings. She was INCREDIBLE! We had so many friends and family raving about how amazing Annie was between the rehearsal and the wedding. She is so knowledgeable and kept everyone organized and the wedding moved along schedule. She has such a chill energy that helped calm my nerves the day of the wedding. I'm genuinely sad I'm only having one wedding because I would 100% work with her again and I'm sad we won't see her anymore!

I've had multiple guests tell us how amazing the food was, the DJ (their preferred vendor), and the overall experience of the wedding. I have ZERO regrets about picking Carmel Fields for our wedding venue. I only wish I could do it all over again because it was that much fun!
