What a find! Heard their advertisement on radio. Called them, received a return call promptly and the team of JALB (Uma and Shaija) just rocked. They understood my unique travel booking requirement and patiently worked on finding best deal and an itinerary based on my requirement. They spend 4 days and finally found an itinerary and price that worked for me. They’re extremely professional and responsive during the whole process. Their only focus was to serve the customer. Extremely pleased and will continue to support this women owned business in future for all my travel needs. Kudos to JALB team!
