We met for a team get-together ahead of our annual strategy retreat at Lake Starnberg. We all work remotely, all over the world and this was the first time we did something just for fun.
We had a lot of laughs and made great memories as a team.

Unsere Hüttengaudi mit Montevia war ein voller Erfolg! Ein großes Dankeschön an Marie, die uns im Vorfeld hervorragend beraten hat. Obwohl das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat und unser ursprünglicher Plan (Airborden) ins Wasser fiel, hat sie kurzfristig ein tolles Alternativprogramm für uns organisiert!

Tom als Guide war einfach klasse – sympathisch, witzig – hat die Stimmung perfekt gemacht. Wir hatten einen riesigen Spaß und können Montevia absolut weiterempfehlen!

Sehr professionelles Team, sie haben sich sehr unkompliziert mit uns abgestimmt, um Teamaktivitäten durchzuführen. Diese waren unterhaltsam, pünktlich ausgeführt und das Verhalten war sehr angenehm. Auf administrativer Ebene war ebenfalls alles perfekt. Ich kann sie weiterempfehlen.

Unter dem Aspekt Teambuilding haben wir für die vergangene Woche die "bayerische Olympiade" als Veranstaltung gebucht. Insgesamt hat die Olympiade ca. 2 Stunden gedauert (Teameinteilung, Stationen erklären, Stationen bespielen, auswerten, Siegerehrung), es gab keinen Leerlauf für einzelne Teams, alle konnten sich zeitgleich an den verschiedenen Stationen duellieren. Hier ein großes Lob und Danke an das gesamte Team von Montevia Events!! Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über Abstimmungen zwischendurch und die abschließende Veranstaltung selbst, alles lief reibungslos! Die Stationen waren pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt aufgebaut, wurden erklärt und während der Spiele betreut.
Da wir nicht aus der Gegend kommen, hat Montevia auch die Abstimmung mit unserem Hotel übernommen, damit die Olympiade auf deren Gelände stattfinden kann - hat perfekt geklappt.
