Working with the Oso team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We actually hired them about 2 years in advance, so we got to work with them for a super long time! One of the biggest reasons that we wanted to hire Oso specifically was because of their decor inventory, which was 100% available to use at no additional cost with their full wedding planning package. Weddings can be extremely wasteful in terms of decor, so it was nice to be able to consciously be a bit more sustainable! We honestly ended up hiring Oso for so many other services as well — Michelle did an amazing job with our signage, they also have a great photobooth package, and Michelle’s sister owns Bobaholics so we were able to get a discounted rate for a boba bar! It really felt like a one-stop shop 🙂 Michelle, Gen, Raymundo, and Gennie were all so helpful in coordinating with vendors and giving us wedding advice/guidance - working with them also gave us confidence that we weren’t missing any important steps or details of wedding planning. They were also available by text/email anytime, and they always responded extremely quickly, which I so appreciated! Talking to them felt more like talking to friends who were super passionate about wedding planning! On the actual day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so stress-free because of Oso - they seamlessly guided everyone to stay on schedule, had walkie talkies to communicate with each other, and constantly asked us if we needed any food/water/etc. They took care of passing out our vendor tips, and set up all of our decor with time to spare! When people ask us for wedding planning advice, we always say that hiring a planner was the best decision we made - specifically Oso Events! They are truly the best at what they do 🙂 We could not be more grateful to them!

I was honestly somewhat apprehensive at first to hire to a wedding planner/coordinator as no one I know who had a wedding has hired one. Maybe that's why I still have mild PTSD from being a bridesmaids for some of them. When my now husband and I decided to have a wedding, I knew we didn't want to spend our engagement year stressing over the planning process. The only Wedding planner we talked to was Michelle and Raymundo from Oso, and I'm glad we decided to take the plunge and go with them for the full-planning package. From the get-go, they helped us research all the vendors and obtain quotes for each of them. Any vendors we were interested in, we just let Oso know and they can set up a meeting for us. Then once a contract is signed, they kept track of the paperwork and all the payments due date. We booked pretty much all our vendors more than a year in advance, so we didn't think much about the wedding during that year. The only time I'm reminded that I have a wedding coming up is when someone asked me "how wedding planning is going."
We dropped off pictures, favors, and any other items that needed to be set up for the wedding to Oso a few days in advance. They set up our seating chart, welcome table, boba table, favors table, and even a mini duckling hunt wedding game for us the day of. Our wedding party didn't have to stress out about setting up anything and can enjoy themselves as well. Will add more pictures as I receive them back from the photographer.
The day of the wedding went smoothly, Team Oso has already communicated and coordinated everything with our vendors beforehand so all we had to do was make sure we get to each of our destinations on time. During the reception dinner, Oso team members even checked up on us multiple times to make sure we are drinking enough water and if we needed anything. I had a wardrobe malfunction during one of the outfit changes, and Gen from Oso Team came to the rescue. I can honestly say that because of Oso Team, my husband and I felt like to got to spend time with our loved ones during the wedding day instead of stressing over all the little details.
Overall, this is a decision I do not regret one bit.
Also, they run a super cute Photo Booth as well!

DO NOT HESITATE to hire oso events as your wedding planner, photobooth supplier, or signage designer! We had a situation where we thought we would have to cancel our wedding the day before it was supposed to happen. When we contacted Michelle and Raymundo in a panic, they remained calm and worked their magic to make sure the perfect wedding day still happened. To say they saved the day would be an understatement!
WEDDING PLANNING: We reached out to oso events more than a year before our desired wedding date and they were the best and sweetest team to work with. They were extremely organized, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. It definitely took off A LOT of stress from us as the bride and groom since we were trying to plan a wedding in San Jose while living in Sacramento with full-time jobs. The only thing we really had to do was tell them our vision and pick out the vendors that we liked from their wide array of suggestions. They did the rest!
DAY OF COORDINATION: The wedding day went as smooth as could possibly be despite unforeseen circumstances. Michelle did such a wonderful job with setting up for both our ceremony and reception. Raymundo did an amazing job making sure we were as stress-free as possible throughout the day/night, constantly checking in on us to make sure we were doing okay.
PHOTOBOOTH: Everyone enjoyed the photobooth services and loved the design/template for the photos. Highly recommend this service so everyone has a keepsake from the wedding.
CUSTOM SIGNAGE: We utilized "designs by oso" for a custom seating chart, menu, and table numbers. Everything turned out amazing and it was super easy to describe what we wanted for the designs.
OVERALL: OSO EVENTS IS AMAZING AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEIR SERVICES TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Michelle is absolutely the best - she did an amazing job with our wedding signage! They recently started their custom wedding sign business called "designs by oso" and everything is so beautiful and well-made.
At first, I was unsure about the direction that we wanted to go for our wedding signs, since we needed both a welcome sign and seating chart for our wedding in early May. With her help, we were able to narrow it down to a combined welcome + seating chart arched sign. She provided us with drafts of our requested signs quickly and incorporated our changes to the designs, I ended up wanting the color of the signs to be a shade of lighter blue and she made it happen while also giving us good advice on what would look best as well.
She gave us a reasonable amount of time to provide her with the final list of names/table groupings for our seating chart, approximately 3 weeks before our wedding. Unfortunately for us, my MIL had a few changes to the table groupings after we sent in the final list, but Michelle was SO sweet and understanding and was able to squeeze in our last-minute edits.
Our wedding was in SoCal, so we picked up our signs a week prior and wow, did they turn out gorgeous when we saw them on the day-of! It was very easy to set up and it fit so perfectly with our color scheme. Very satisfied with her professionalism and eye for design! We would highly recommend Oso Events to anyone needing beautiful and custom signage for their events! 🙂

The best decision I ever made for my wedding was to hire OSO Events as our day of coordinators. Prior to that, I was planning and booking everything myself. I realized come day of the wedding, I didn’t want to be stressed out about little details. I stumbled upon OSO Events on IG and inquired right away. Throughout all the planning, Michelle, Raymundo, Gen, and the rest of the OSO team were very communicative and thought of details I didn’t even think of! Come day of the wedding, Michelle and Gen were great in making sure me and my now husband were okay and offering us drinks. They staged our reception exactly how my wedding Pinterest inspo folder looked. They even packed up all our decor and organized it before our reception ended. But what I really appreciate is that they even packed up pictures that me and my husband took at the Photo Booth, which I thought for sure would be lost forever. And also one of my hair pins flew off my head while dancing mid reception, which too I thought I lost forever, but found it in the box with the rest of our wedding decor. THANK YOU MICHELLE, GEN, and OSO Team! Your attention to detail and professionalism made Joseph and I’s wedding so seamless and easy, I wish we could hire y’all and get married all over again!

After I proposed and she said yes, I soon got all the questions from everybody about the next chapter of our life and “wedding”was one of them. My wife and I knew planning a wedding was going to be stressful and after searching, my wife found Michelle and OSO Events. Liked what they offered us and kept note of our needs, wants, DON’T wants, and of course budget. With a little over 18 months of planning, we booked all our vendors really early. They were honest with us if we weren’t reasonable with vendors, logistics, and time management. They assisted with the timeline the day of the wedding since we had a Vietnamese tea ceremony, an intimate vow exchange ceremony, and a big reception. Michelle and Raymundo were great and professional. The OSO team was very helpful as well. The day came and it was SMOOTH. Both Ceremonies were stress-free, Reception was a night to remember. Looking back, we dreaded having a wedding because of the stories of couples stressing the whole day, non-invited guest showing up and invited guests not coming, bad food, bad photographers, etc.
My wedding day was everything I needed, wanted, and more. Everything I DID NOT want was nonexistent for the whole day. The event we dreaded to have was now the wedding of our dreams and was a day I will always remember. Also we were in budget. OSO helped us from start to finish, step by step. I will always recommend OSO Events and ALL of my vendors who help on our wedding day.

PLANNING
Michelle and Raymundo were responsive, warm and professional throughout the planning process. Choosing vendors can be overwhelming and Oso helped greatly by narrowing down a list based on our budget and vision. For example, Oso found us a stunning venue in our ideal location and within budget. They also provided guidance and resources to ensure we were on track throughout the planning process. We had some vendors that were challenging to work with and having Michelle & Raymundo’s support navigating that was invaluable, especially during the week before our wedding when stress levels were highest. We are so grateful to them for taking much of that stress off our hands.
They also provided all the decor for our wedding like the welcome sign, table numbers, photo frames, and candles. Michelle is incredibly talented with a great eye for design and makes a lot of the decor by hand. Everything in their inventory was beautiful and it was easy to find decor that fit with our style and vision.
One relatively small detail but very helpful service they offered was coordinating the printing of our seating chart, ceremony programs, and menus. One less task we had to think about leading up the wedding.
COORDINATION
They were the GREATEST help on the day of the wedding - coordinating with all our vendors, setting up our reception space, checking in on us throughout the wedding, bringing us food, securing our gifts & cards, and so much more. Our reception was beautiful and went smoothly thanks to their coordination. Several of our family members who interacted with them commented on how helpful and nice they were. I am sure there were problems we never even heard about because they were handling it behind the scenes. We were able to enjoy our wedding and soak in every minute with our family and friends because Oso did an amazing job making sure everything else was taken care of.
PHOTOBOOTH
Our guests loved the photobooth! They had beautiful backdrop options and we chose the peonia flower wall which was gorgeous in person. Fun props were provided. They made it easy to customize and design our photostrip template. We even received an online gallery with all our guests’ pictures shortly after the wedding.
Hiring Oso Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We loved working with Michelle & Raymundo and are so grateful for all the hard work they put into our wedding. We’d recommend them to anyone!
