The whole TDE team - design team, PV team, florist, MUA, MC, & DJ were all incredible! Everyone was professional and friendly - and made the wedding planning smooth and a lot more stress-free. Everything was as perfect as we could've imagined. They are truly a one-stop shop for all our wedding needs.

Big shout out to our TDE wedding planner Jessica for all the clear and quick communication. She was extremely easy to work with and allowed us to customize the wedding of our dreams.

Design Team & Florist - the flowers, welcome photo backdrop, and sweetheart table and backdrop was grand and outstanding! Everybody loved it. It was exactly how we envisioned - the vibe was perfect.

MUAH artist Francis did an amazing job. Everybody was complimenting the hair and makeup, and the photos and videos came out beautiful. She was extremely detail-oriented and such a perfectionist.

MC Jackson was entertaining, funny, and easy going on the mic all night. He's super organized and made sure that all the events went smoothly and as planned. He took extra care to check in with everyone involved.

DJ Stuart was very accommodating with our specialized entrance music choices and made sure that our timed playlist sets were played the way we visualized them to be.

Photographer Sam & his PV team was awesome! They captured our memorable wedding day and made our wedding party have so much fun while doing it. They made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera and were flexible with our requests. The pictures and videos that were shared - they all came out so beautiful!

Jessica and Otis did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. Answered all of our questions no matter the time of the day. Super rapid response and provides exceptional recommendations based on their past experience with other wedding parties. They do an amazing job turning our dream wedding into a reality.

The photographer team is amazing, great posing recommendations and made us super comfortable posing in front of the camera. The photo team were all super entertaining and professional.

Our DJ Otis did a phenomenal job with the music transitions and had great music selection to match the vibe of the room.

Design team did an amazing job at turning our wedding venue into our ideal vision color scheme. Everything was perfect.

MC Jackson was the best MC we've ever experienced. Super funny and entertaining. All of our guests were super entertained and they all laughed a lot. He's super great with timelines and made sure we did all of our events that we had wanted for the night.

MUA Francis did an amazing job as well. Everyone was complimenting my wife on how well her makeup looked and couldn't have chosen a better MUA.

10/10 best wedding that we could ever ask for. Highly recommend TDE and their team.

We just had our wedding and purchased the lite package with TDE with additional add-ons like the MC and extra hours for photographer and videographer. I would say TDE is the most reasonably priced compared to other vendors and their service on our wedding day exceeded our expectations. Weddings are very, very complicated to handle and the TDE team and our main contact Jessica was so organized and helpful to remind me on every small detail needed. Otis was also a great and hilarious MC for our wedding and our family and friends had a wonderful time. What I wish I did was hire their wedding coordinator because it definitely would've relieved a lot of stress from us and they are so well organized! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for wedding planners.

We initially inquired TDE about their decor package and after speaking with Otis during our initial consultation, he gave us the type of reassurance that made us feel confident we would be well taken care of for our wedding if we worked with TDE. We ended up also working with TDE on florals and hair and makeup after looking at their portfolio.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with - She has great attention to detail, quick response times, and she held our hand throughout the entire wedding planning process. She gave us good feedback when working with us on our timeline and she helped bring my wedding vision to life.

Our florals were beautiful and in line with our theme and my bouquet looked just like the ones I had saved from Pinterest, down to the exact florals I requested. The decorating team on our wedding day did an excellent job setting up our arch, sweetheart table, cake table, sign in table, etc, and we received so many compliments from our guests.

I am also extremely grateful to have Francis as my makeup artist. I did the makeup trial with her and I knew right away during the trial that I made the right choice. I don't typically wear a lot of makeup and Francis worked with me to help me discover the most flattering makeup styles based on my facial features. We had to do hair and makeup for 8 of us, and Francis along with two of her assistants did an excellent job making everyone look and feel their best on our wedding day. There were no issues with timing and everyone was done on time without any part of the process being rushed. Francis made me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day and she went above and beyond as a hair/makeup artist because she also helped me with my outfit changes, fixed my train, and held my veil as I was walking around the venue for photos.

I cannot express enough gratitude for all of the TDE staff that we had the pleasure to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process.

TDE is an AWESOME company because they are all-inclusive. I initially booked them for the bilingual emcee, but grew to appreciate how this company did everything else as well!

-Wedding planning (Jessica): 5/5 There must have been more than 200 email interactions between me and Jessica as we planned this wedding for a year. She is quick to respond and has a lot of insight since she’s done so many. She is the only contact for all TDE vendors.

-Photo (Sam/Danielle) / Video (Christina/George): 4.5/5 When you book with TDE, they assign a photo and video team immediately. I didn’t book a pre-wedding photo session with them so I didn’t get to meet or talk to them until the morning of my wedding. They were very professional and hard-working. I almost gave up on sunset photos because I was running a bit late but they convinced me to do it and I am grateful for that. Some photos were angled weirdly and it had the speakers and lights in the photos/videos. Lastly, although they never said they would, they didn’t send me any sneak peek photos or video clips. I was told the final photos and videos would take about 6-8 weeks, but with so many other friends getting sneak peek photos after 1-2 days, I was hoping they would do this. I did ask for a few photos ahead of time for my thank you cards and that only took them 3 days to deliver five photos.

-HMU (Francis and two assistants): 5/5 Francis is top-notch. I paid for all of my bridesmaids and the mothers, so it was 7 additional people but she was flexible in getting us all done on time. She also had hair pieces and jewelry that she let me borrow for the day. Her assistants aren’t as good as her, but Francis was able to fix it upon request.

-Emcee (Jackson): 5/5 We booked TDE for a Chinese/English emcee and Jackson nailed it. We met him a few weeks before the wedding. My family said he was entertaining and made some funny talking points.

-DJ (Stuart): 5/5 everyone complimented our DJ. My husband and I kept shortening our first dance song even up until 2-3 days before the wedding, and Stuart was flexible with this.

-Photobooth (Ku): 4/5 I extended to 4.5 hours to allow for the entire reception. At some point, it ran out of paper so this caused the photobooth to not work for some time. But while refilling the paper, they didn’t tell anyone that they could continue to take photos. It wasn’t until I asked when it would be back up, that they said “oh you can continue taking photos and it’ll print once the new paper is in.” But when you see people working on the system, you assume it isn’t working. I wish they let the guests know this when it went down earlier so the guests can continue with it.

-Decor: 5/5 they decorated my sweetheart backdrop, ceremony backdrop, tea ceremony backdrop, seating chart mirror, and welcome table. Everything looked beautiful and I got a lot of compliments.

-Florals: 4.5/5 they did my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, cake florals, and family boutonnières. The boutonnières were harder to pin on. I also wanted anemones but they could never definitively tell me yes or no about the anemones until the week of, and I ended up not being able to get them so that was a bit disappointing. They were still pretty though.

In the end, I am glad I went with TDE. There are a few things that could have improved, but these are minor and could happen with any other vendor. I highly recommend them for any person who wants easy planning.

With TDE's help, our company's grand opening was a great success. We're choosing them between two other vendors, and they do stand out from the other two. They put everything together for us within one month! From catering scouting to red carpet rental... Otis has been helping us throughout the process and he has been responding to all my colleague and my emails promptly; I also noticed he replied after hours so we're able to receive his email the first thing morning, which is very helpful because we're running short of time. We look forward to work with them again in our annual dinner!

My now husband and I begin working with TDE early February 2023 for our wedding day on January 6, 2024. The early stages of my wedding planning experience prior to working with TDE was extremely chaotic. I would receive multiple emails a day and quite frankly, I lost track of who I was speaking with. My husband began looking for all inclusive packages and came across TDE.

We had our introductory call with Otis and we were immediately drawn to the organization of the wedding planning style. SF Bay Area is extremely diverse and Otis learned about our Asian versus Westernized approach to the wedding. All staff had such a rich and thorough understanding of Chinese wedding traditions, which is extremely helpful for ABC’s in the Bay Area. For example, I told Francis many times that I want a half updo with my qipao, but she was persistent that Chinese brides have updos for the best look. I was anxious about time management, but she assured me that she will work with me so we have the best photos. I had my make up trial with her in March and she provided skin care advice for me to prepare for our big day!

We also had the pleasure of working with Jackson, our MC who was able to cater towards my English and Cantonese speaking guests. Jackson was very flexible with our timeline, extremely approachable, and kept my guests entertained.

We never met Jessica, but she plays such an important role in wedding planning! She is extremely prompt with email responses and thorough with all of your inquiries. She has strong communication skills within her team and keeps you on track of your wedding timeline.

We did not meet our photographers and videographers until the day of. They were all extremely punctual and utilize their expertise to adapt to the environment and accessories I had available.

Overall, I also appreciate that TDE staff are open to sharing their opinions. I had a circular backdrop but they advised us towards a different design when they realized there were high ceilings at my venue. TDE made wedding planning extremely smooth. I took a week off of work before my big day, but ended up going to work since it was fairly stress-free days before the event.

I’m the first one my generation within my family to host a wedding reception and everybody had a wonderful time. Thank you TDE for your services, we can’t wait to recommend you to local friends and family.

We purchased the entire package; photographer, videographer, makeup artist, flowers, backdrop, MC and DJ. The husband and wife team of Otis and Carina were good. Early in the negotiations, we were impressed with their knowledge and their pictures from previous weddings. At our first meeting, Otis showed us an extensive slideshow of their photography. He also took the time to explain the proper scheduling of a Chinese wedding. We had no idea how about any of these before meeting with him. We met with him for a good two hours, mostly just discussing wedding scheduling. Even though we were not guaranteed clients, he was very patient with all our questions no matter how strange. The photographer and videographer were very patient and professional when it came to posed shots with family as well as more "artistic" shots. They also make a couple jokes which make us less nervous in front of the camera. For MC, we will highly recommend Otis Fang to you. He is a local celebrity in San Francisco Chinese community. It seemed his reputation preceded him because many of the Chinese in attendance recognized him from his radio work. Needless to say, he had a few fans in the audience. He really worked the crowd. He also helped us with the timing of the schedule and came over to us to keep us informed. Everyone was pleased with his performance. He really kept the pressure off of us at the banquet.
