I visited Murrieta with my sister for a girls overnight trip. I think they are still working out some kinks after the new construction and expansion because our room was not ready until a couple hours after check-in time. However they did offer us a room upgrade which was SO nice and such a bonus for our weekend. The room was great but I think the cleaning was rushed as the coffee table was dirty and couches had hair on them. Also the shower did not drain. I'd like to highlight KEVIN who was the most incredible employee we experienced at Murrieta! He was absolutely proactive and helped my sister and I get to our room faster by reaching out to the hospitality staff and making things happen with us and his golf cart transfer. Just a go-getter overall! He put a huge smile on our faces and we raved about him all weekend. I would give Kevin an 11/10 for service! The hotel service and our room not being ready in time is why I gave a 4/5 on this review. The public pools were busy because of day-pass guests, but we thankfully got to enjoy our semi-private hot tubs that overlook the lake in the hotel guest area- WOW- just incredible and the waters were heavenly and perfect temp! Also the restorative yoga class was so nice. Overall a pretty great experience and I'd return 🙂

Went on a random Monday with my husband for the first time ever. Got a perfect spot with cozy lounge chairs next to the Oasis pool. It was overall peaceful except some construction noise taking place. Just happened to be bad timing with them doing some minor repairs or upgrades. Loved the lil mineral pools. Everything was so warm. ||We had a great experience inside the bathe house doing the hot, cold, neutral soak. My husband who suffers from fibromyalgia completely loved it. We were looking into a membership and unfortunately they want you to pay a year upfront, which is a bit unrealistic in my opinion given the cost they are asking. If it was month to month I’m sure we would have joined. ||Our server was a lovely lady named Ahnee. She seriously was the best, knew when we were ready for some more drinks, knew when to just leave us be to enjoy our peace and quiet. She even made an attempt to make sure she knew where we were going at all time so if we needed anything, she can get it for us. She educated us about The amenities offered & the delicious drinks I could try since I’m so picky. Highly recommend anyone who goes to make sure she’s your server. ||Definitely have intentions to return to experience the night life.

I stayed overnight at Murrieta Hot Springs at the end of October and found the property to be quite beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and lovely mineral pools that offer a relaxing experience. The staff were pleasant, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the service, especially considering the upscale nature of the hotel.

Although they have been open for a year, it seems they’re still figuring out their operations. For example, when we checked in early, our room wasn’t ready (which was fine), but we were surprised to find that hotel guests are charged for using lockers in the bathhouse. This felt a bit off for a boutique hotel.

Additionally, we requested ice to be delivered to our room during check-in, but it took four hours and two follow-up calls to the front desk before it arrived. They were also very stringent on checkout times, offering no extensions.

I also noticed that the gallon water dispensers sit in the sun all day and are made of plastic, which raises concerns about quality.

Overall, while the property has great potential, I’d recommend waiting another year before planning a weekend stay. With some improvements in service and operations, it could be a fantastic getaway.

My husband and I went for a few hours in the evening. We are locals so it was very affordable at $59/person. We partook of the numerous pools and the bathhouse with the hot/cold walks and pools. We had delicious margaritas from the bar. The staff were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was very relaxing. We definitely plan to go back.

From the moment we arrived to the front desk, Marques and Everett were amazing. We got a tour of the property and were explained all the wonderful amenities that are offered. The poolside cabana for drinks was good, the mud attendants Andrew and Zuss were super nice And even helped this girl put her hair up. Let’s move onto the mineral baths, rejuvenating! They routinely check the water for temperature and cleanliness, Spencer, who we saw several times during our soaking was awesome, explained how the mineral waters are inserted into the Soaking tubs, as well as how the water is then recirculated. So that was great to know. I have to say, if you need to relax, have some quiet and just enjoy the moment, you definitely want to come here. Everyone is just so friendly, calm, and pleasant to be around.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time at Murrieta Hot Springs resort. We did an overnight stay, room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. The grounds are beautiful, relaxing and calm, can only hear the sound of nature. Our service guest person Jaime. S at the front desk was awesome!!! She greeted us with a friendly attitude, very informative and answered all our question, as we were first time guest. Jamie. S gets a 100 plus stars from us. Overall, wonderful stay, guest services throughout the facility was wonderful, and recommend a stay over to enjoy the next morning classes. I did the morning yoga at turtle cove pool. Two thumbs up!!!!!
Thanks Jamie. S once again in making our stay wonderful, your kind professionalism has us eager to return very soon.

We recently visited Murrieta Hot Springs Resort and had a great time overall. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location is beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat. However, while the experience was mostly positive, I did feel that the customer service could use some improvement in certain areas.

One standout, though, was Yesenia. She was fantastic! Her friendly attitude, constant check-ins, and overall great service really made our time there much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The resort itself is lovely, but I think the staff could benefit from some additional training to ensure a more consistent experience like the one we had with Yesenia.

I recently visited Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, hoping for a relaxing atmosphere, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment.

One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of bathrobes. We were told when booking our twilight experience that bathrobes would be provided for all guests staying in the resort or they could be rented by day visitors. Upon arrival, we learned bathrobes were unavailable for rent due. This was especially frustrating since it was a key amenity we were looking forward to for the twilight booking after getting out of each pool. To make matters worse, we had friends staying at the resort, and they also weren’t given bathrobes.

The indoor areas were also poorly maintained. The floors were extremely slippery in some indoor areas creating an unsafe environment. No staff members were visible cleaning, to assist, or even warn guests about the condition, which was a significant concern. The sauna, another key feature of the resort, was barely warm and certainly not at the temperature one would expect from a sauna. The mud room closes at 3 pm and was unavailable for the twilight booking. Additionally, the showers in the main area were out of order for the entire duration of our stay, leaving us with very few options.

Overall, the resort felt severely overpriced for what it offered. The lack of attention to detail, absent staff, and misleading promises made this experience feel far from the relaxing retreat we were hoping for. I will not be returning nor the other 3 couples there with us. I cannot recommend Murrieta Hot Springs Resort to anyone looking for a high-quality or well-maintained experience.
