They’re definitely trying their best, however, they are severely understaffed and too small of a building for the amount of traffic they have. I’m leaving a review as I am standing in line feeling like sardine. No exaggeration there are at least 50 people waiting in here as the poor staff scrambles to do their best. They are really trying. This is on whoever is understaffing and on location. This doesn’t feel like the auto club. I used to go to Torrance before I moved out here. This feels more like a er hospital waiting room. There’s not even space to stand in line. Give this staff extra help and more space. They should not be scrambling to do the job of 3 people. Not fair to them:/. And as for presentation this is not giving the auto club experience. This looks like a social services office . Again not the employees fault they need more staff. It’s taking me like 30 minutes just to get to the front of the line to pay my tags and I got up here and got handed a paper to fill out? I don’t remember ever having to fill anything out or having to wait so long. I pay for this membership so I don’t have to go to the dmv. This felt like the actual dmv. Terrible experience. Again because of how understaffed and small this place is due to the amount of traffic . Don’t want to come here ever again LOL . I pay for the convenience of receiving my tags quickly but this was just not the auto club experience. Never again. They only get 4stars because their employees are trying their best to overcompensate for the way they are being overworked . Bless them!

AAA used to be the greatest, then I enrolled my son in their drivers training. Don't waste your money. never able to schedule, was expected to complete 10 classes in 7 weeks when we were locked out of the system with no warning. He only received 2 out of the 10 lessons. lessons book up immediately you can't get them scheduled.
