Christine who represents the DMV here was immediately rude to my husband today. I don't appreciate someone talking to my husband like that. Not only could she NOT answer a simple question with niceness she instead immediately jumped up out of her sear and had to go get her manager Jason to finish the transaction. Not smart. If you're going to work in customer service have a customer service attitude. "A can do attitude". If you're having a bad day don't come to work that day. If you're not good at customer service then go do another job. Manager, don't hire negative customer service reps It's not good for business. Came back to get help and she casually walked by me and left for lunch. ‍♀️?‍♀️

I went to this office to transfer tittle and get my car registered from florida to california. I was second in the line she checked me in told me to have a seat someone will call. As soon as I set down she called me. The lady that help me was very nice and friendly I got my new license plate and sticker. I was pleasantly surprised. All this time I been going to DMV when I could have been going to AAA. I love my AAA after this and will make sure to renew my membership they have the best car insurance also!

Called in today to cancel my auto insurance with AAA. Spoke with Dalia. Not impressed.
Was short, cold, unfriendly. Sounded like she had a lot of additude. Not a good fit for AAA..

Went today to get my car registered. The staff was super friendly. The wait time was only about 15m. Was able to get in and out in about 40 minutes. AAA is definitely much better than going to the DMV, plus you get the road side assistance membership, which is a great perk.

Do not do business with this company. I had AAA for a couple of years as they were the lowest for full coverage, their DMV services, and roadside. I went with a different insurance company, let my insurance with AAA lapse, which should have canceled my policy. Right? No way. They billed me for MONTHS and somehow sent it to collections? I rarely check my credit score, but you can imagine my complete shock to see almost $600 in collections from AAA. When I contacted them about it they tried to play dumb, and transfer me from person to person, hoping I'd give up. They eventually handed me of to a gentleman that tried to tell me "you were insured for those months that we billed you. If you can prove you had insurance in between, we will remove it.." when I hadn't paid? What does me being insured with another company have to do with you? If I got into an accident while I was "still insured"(but hadn't paid) would y'all have paid for a new car? Luckily I disputed the collection on credit karma and had it removed after 2 WHOLE YEARS. Shady business. Disgusting practices. Check your credit and dispute any AAA charges.

As a long time member I can honestly say every time I have to do external business with AAA, it’s always well organized and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel like I’m really important whenever I have to call or go to the branch. The Murrieta branch has many experienced and professional workers.

Called 5 times and couldn't even get a quote for auto insurance. Transferred 4 times to AI and call cut off other time. Not sure if problem with their phone system or they don't want new business.

As Always AAA personnel were AMAZING, Personal, Helpful, and preformed their duties beyond their pay grade.

The office had the 6 feet distance markers, the barriers to indicate wintering and exiting the building, " MASK REQUIRED AFTER THIS POINT"

OK OK So there was a Senior Gentleman Blocking the Exit when I was preparing to exit, I POLITELY asked him to take 3 steps to his right so I could exit, HE HAD A MASK ON....

I noticed that AAA had taken down the reading material that the public would use to occupy themselves while wating, oh yes and they also had the barriers up to enter the building if there was a lot of people.

All in all I'm satisfied with my visit as I have been in the pass.

Having that DMV options are LOVELY......
