This place is amazing! Clean, friendly, restrooms down the way, fabulous rentals. I rented a jet ski hour this afternoon and had a blast!
The equipment is well kept, gas full, instructions clear, and where I can jet ski around was vast! I went from National City Marina to Coronado Bridge and back at least 5 times!
This crew is really cool and super friendly! They keep the marina clean and care about our safety! Great specials and prices. I'll be back real soon! Thank you for such a great experience!

Avoid This Company!!!! BEWARE!!! Terrible Experience

We had an awful experience with this jet ski company. The customer service was atrocious. Abdul, the so-called manager, had zero customer service skills and was incredibly rude and condescending. He was so harsh that he made my grandma cry.

I strongly advise against using this company. Save yourself the headache and use “San Diego Jet Ski and Boat Rentals” they were professional and saved our trip from our AWFUL experience with Luxury Jet Ski Rentals which are anything but luxury.

BEWARE!!! Terrible Experience - Avoid This Company**

I had an awful experience with this jet ski company. The customer service was atrocious. Abdul, the so-called manager, had zero customer service skills and was incredibly rude and condescending. He tried to double charge us, insisting it was company policy, even with a straight face. He was so harsh that he made my mom cry.

Despite having prepaid, he refused to let us ride unless we paid again. Our card, which we had already used for the payment, was canceled, so we had to leave another card for incidentals. Still, they demanded we repay the normal charge that had already been covered.

I strongly advise against using this company. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable service.

That is not what happened, we were happy to leave a card on file but unfortunately one of the cards for the reservation was cancelled due to fraud and your manager and company policy were unable to accommodate only by double charging since you wanted to us to pay again for original charge. We were happy to leave a separate card for incidentals. Also my reservation had my card and your manager refused service and had THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would advise doing something about that if you want to keep your business going.

Possibly the best experience I've ever had in my life. I don't mean the best jet ski experience, i mean best overall experience of my entire life. It even eclipsed my own birth in the level of awesomeness. My friend and i bought Groupons for 2 jetski rentals for 2 hours (there's also the option to double up on a single jetski), and we showed up at our scheduled time. The office was located on the second floor of a marina so it was a little difficult to find, but once we got there the employee guided us through the documents since there were a few we had to sign (insurance, liability, etc). Then we were brought to the areas where they kept the jetskis, paddle boards, kayaks, and they gave us each life jackets. For the jetskis, Mike gave us a quick rundown on how to use them, what route to follow, the rules of the waterway, and what the do if you run into certain problems. He was very thorough and made sure we didn't have any questions, and was overall extremely friendly and hilarious.
Just a warning, you will most likely get wet so wear a bathing suit/waterproof outfit. Your hats will also fly off and be swallowed by the bay, so wear them at your own risk! The jetskis have compartments where you can keep bags, towels, phone, keys, etc.
I think 2 hours was the perfect amount of time to explore the bay and venture out past the Coronado bridge, but there were other options for shorter trips. The clock started as soon as your jetski hit the water. Definitely doing this again, and props to Mike for making this experience so enjoyable!!

Amazing place. We had such a wonderful day with the family in the boat. The place is super clean and safe. Lot of parking lot to park the cars. You walk almost 10 minutes to get into your boat. Very organized and it also has some good restaurants (which I didn't try but the smell was good) I really recommend this place to book good jet ski or to spend a day in your boat if you have one. Totally recommend it and worth the visit

We were kind of skeptical about this place before we go there because of those other reviews which came true at the end. It was Tuesday and water was pretty open with less boats which was good start for us. Their jet-ski was fine and had good speed when we crossed 5mph zone. It was a nice ride of an hour but after some days I noticed that they charged 10$ more later with no reason. Even though I’ll say it was a good experience.
