I have been here 2 months now. Danny the owner is Super Nice,he provides nice lot's for rent. All hard wood tree's an it's good shades. We have a storm pit, I love that...
It has been quite and peaceful. The people that I have talked to were nice.
I give the Park a Thumbs Up.

In March it will be 2 year's that I been living here. Danny is Great with keeping the property clean. All hard wood trees, like that. Jus like anywhere else you got some here that doesn't like you and some do. It's nice an peaceful. Mind your own business and it's all good. High 5

I have been here since November 2021. Great quiet little park, nobody bothers you... Dan is a great guy ! If you're looking for a quiet park with a Tornado shelter, this is it.

We stay here because it's only 5 miles to the school where my husband teaches. The landlord is real nice and friendly, and the neighbors are too! The dirt road in to the park is rough and needs work. It doesn't have a bathhouse, but it does have a small storm shelter that about 12 of us had to get in once, in 2017! It is pet friendly! No other amenities at this time.

The RV spots are good and level water and power hook ups are in great shape! Free power water,trash pick up and Sewer hook up with your rental! good area to camp or live.
