There is no refund or exchange of your tickets even if the bus is late.for over 45mins. 2nd time this haoones never use will used them again, customers service is the worst as well

I didn’t get the man’s name but he’s the older heavy set man with glasses . Horrible! He told us one thing then he changed what he said and asked if we had problems hearing then said we need to pay more attention to what he’s saying. Then he went out of his way to “help” load up the one bag we had just to throw it.

Update Tuesday April 24, 2018, 7:30 pm :
I called early to limousines phone asking for box freight costs and they told me I need go to the branch where I will send it.
Here in el Monte the guy told me he can't give me that information.
I'm really angry for the bad service!

It's a godd service but a little expensive.

Clean busses, good drivers. I took this bus to go to California safe and reliable the only thing I didn't use my ticket to comeback and because I didn't cancel it at least an hour before it departures not only I couldn't cancel it but I also lost my money cause according to their system I took the bus back to Vegas. Sucks

Small little place, we couldn't even find it. I kept calling for assistance and was on hold for long time. I finally found the place, I entered the office and the worker there was on his Bluetooth on his phone on private call, no wonder my calls wasn't being answer. Customer service is not the best and they won't help you as much like before. I like the old location better, seems like the owner is trying to save money.

I agree with customers there the lady is very polite, The man needs attitude adjustment definitely. I do not I agree with their policy although I ask for it they could not produce it. They say No refunds at all,. and not transferable..
