Our wedding day and events were absolutely amazing and made a breeze by the help and advice from Stefania at My Italian Wedding Planner. Despite our busy travel schedules, Stef was always available and found a way to make our preparations easier; even to the extent of making a last minute detour on her way to Tuscany from Venice to personally collect the groom's suit for the big day! I had a very specific vision for the day and events and Stef was able to create this to absolute perfection tying in my vision with the beautiful Tuscan backdrop the Stomennano family property has to offer. It is a day that we will hold in our hearts forever!

My now husband and I feel SO fortunate to have had Sylvie and Stefania's help in coordinating our wedding in Venice. We primarily worked with Sylvie throughout the planning process and were really impressed with her level of professionalism from start to finish. She was thorough, detail-oriented, organized, and clearly wanted to understand and to execute our vision (which she did!). Planning a destination wedding has the potential to be a stressful experience, but Sylvie and Stefania really made us feel at ease and we were able to literally just show up and enjoy the most fabulous wedding you can imagine. Need an Italian wedding planner? - THIS IS THE ONE!!! Stefania worked so closely with us here in Dallas, Texas to plan our private ceremony in Venice, Italy over the course of five months. We were completely lost as to the legalities, language, and even navigation of where we wanted to get married but we found quickly with My Italian Wedding Planner this was not an issue one bit. Stefania knew all of the trusted vendors, set up the appointments, ensured everyone arrived according to the schedule she put together, coordinated the officiant, ceremony text, venue, and even had a surprise waiting for us at dinner after our wedding! She was so thoughtful and kind, and we never even got the pleasure of meeting her! Her business partner, Sylvie, was instead on site with us the day of and was equally as memorable for her ability to speak the language, keep everyone on schedule, and allow us to just enjoy our amazing day. We worked with Stefania from My Italian Wedding Planner to bring together our absolutely amazing wedding this June and it was the best day of our lives. Having her as our planner meant we could actually enjoy the planning process (and being from the event industry myself I know how stressful it can get) as well as the big day itself, which was absolutely priceless.

We would 100% recommend Stefania, she's a superwoman. From taking care of all arrangements so that we were confident in every detail without even seeing our (breathtaking!) wedding venue beforehand, to putting together favours, to somehow being able to book a florist that I wanted but thought we wouldn't be able to work with. I'm generally very hands-on and had loads of specific ideas (oh, the monstrously long e-mails.. sorry Stef :)) for the wedding, which Stefania then helped turn into reality in a way that felt personal and looked so much like us. It is so worth it and more to have a great planner, especially if you're planning an Italian wedding and don't speak fluent Italian!

We had the most beautiful wedding weekend in Italy with our dearest friends and family and will cherish the memories for the rest of our lives. Our guests were blown away by everything as were we. Wouldn't change a thing!

Sylvie and Stefania are truly a dream team. They are so professional, so warm, so creative and unbelievably special. My husband and I live in New York City, and were fortunate to be married in Italy this past June. Over the course of our year and a half engagement, we had the truest pleasure of working with Sylvie. From weekend International Skype calls to venue visits and menu tastings in Italy, she was there...every step of the way. Their Vendor network is incredible. They work with an amazing and extremely talented group of florists, photographers, caterers, lighting specialists, furniture suppliers and musicians. They are super organized and thorough in their work. I never imagined planning a destination wedding could be so seamless. It was so clear that Sylvie and Stefania always had our best interest at heart. We are forever grateful for the incredible wedding they planned for us. Their vision and creative execution was so romantic and elegant. It was an absolute dream, and our guests still rave about it. Stefania helped us plan our wedding in May 2015. We chose My Italian Wedding Planner because we loved their style and they didn't disappoint!
Stefania clearly understood what we were looking for from the beginning, she made lots of great suggestions and we loved them all. She made the legal paperwork easy and organised all of the details, taking most of the stress out of wedding planning.
On the day, Stefania and Sylvie were brilliant; decorating the whole venue and ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. When we first saw the ceremony area and reception table we were blown away.

We live in Alberta, Canada and eloped to Venice, Italy in September 2018 with the help of My Italian Wedding Planner.

Stefania was a wealth of information and asked a ton of questions to better understand the vision I had for our Big Day. Elopement does not always mean simple as I wanted all the “bells & whistles” of a big wedding...for the two of us to enjoy 😉
I had 8 months of amazing communication (email + Facetime) prior to our wedding day.

Stefania not only helped walk us through the "red tape" that we as Canadians had to send to Italy beforehand ?, but she was instrumental in every aspect of our wedding (suit rental, makeup & hair, floral, water taxis, gondola, city hall, witnesses, string quartet, lunch, dinner...and more!)

On the day of, wedding planner Gabriella was there to ensure everything went smoothly--and did it ever!

These two ladies truly care and made our wedding experience in Italy an extremely positive experience.
