My travels to Alaska was a very special excursion. My husband and I were very pleased with Paula’s attention to details. Her planning was exceptional. Her skill in booking flights, trains and buses was spot on! Due to her gift of kindness and knowledge about any type of experience, she made the trip very special. Paula has been so helpful in arranging travel for us! We were able to travel to Puerto Vallarta which went off without a hitch. My husband and I were able to join Paula and friends on cruise to Alaska which was on my husband's bucket list. Paula was able to make arrangements for my 89 year old mom to join us as well . Paula kept us updated regularly prior to sailing and all connections worked! We had a great time and had 'smooth sailing' all the way.

Paula is an exceptional, friendly and very professional travel planner who spends a great deal of time doing research and assessing options on your behalf. She runs down details to an "nth" degree, and brings up things you hadn't considered before that need to be addressed. She did our first cruise to the Mediterranean this past July for a group, plus making hotel arrangements with three day arrival before departure, and five days post disembarking. She had to satisfy many needs, and she did with exceptional skill and patience. Would highly recommend Paula for your vacation/cruise/flight planning needs.
