Jessica was a godsend in our wedding planning process and 1000% worth the investment. Not only were we able to get all the vendors we wanted due to her connections & communication, but we also had a stress-free day the day of our wedding because of her’s and the red letter event planning team’s hard work. She was very organized and very responsive to her emails which made the planning process much easier & less stressful, and she was incredibly helpful and realistic when it came to our ideas and how they would come to life. She literally created our dream wedding and we couldn’t be more grateful!

We were recommended to Jessica and her team by our Photographer mid wedding planning and honestly about a minute into the initial phone call we knew it was going to be amazing. Jessica and her team are our kind of people and put us at ease about the whole thing. After moving forward, Jessica put in a lot of time to understand our vision, where we were in the planning process, what we had and didn’t have, double checking what we’d said no to or maybe things we’d forgotten and was SO amazing about keeping in contact and keeping us updated on all things, whenever we asked. We knew everything was planned down to the last detail, but even as the wedding got closer they helped us handle last minute changes and RSVPs, etiquette questions and late hiccups. Once we got to our rehearsal and wedding day, Jessica and her teamed handled everything flawlessly for us. Everything was put together beautifully, on time and everyone knew where they needed to go. They solved problems we didn’t even know about. Uninvited guests, no shows, timid flower girls, spilled drinks, timeline flow, minor injuries, etc, were all taken care of by her team and whenever we asked for something or had a question it was immediately handled. They really did go above and beyond what we ever thought a wedding planner/coordinator would do. Besides perfectly executing our wedding vision and the actual wedding day, the people at Red Letter Event Planning are also just good people. We had so much fun getting to know them and having them at our rehearsal and wedding. They care about you and your guests and giving you the day you always dreamed of and allowing you to actually enjoy the day, even though it’ll go by in a blur either way. We absolutely loved them and would go back again for any event we planned!

Reagan was AMAZING to work with! We used Red Letter to decorate our airbnb for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Reagan brought everything we imagined to life! She was very responsive! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some fun bachelorette decor!

Jessica and her team are phenomenal. Jessica went above and beyond throughout the whole process leading up to our wedding and on the wedding day. She was knowledgable and had an answer and solution to every question/situation we brought to her. She gave us the direction we needed and had the most patience I've ever seen a professional have, especially one that has to deal with TWO brides.
On the wedding day she made everything absolutely perfect for us. She helped make sure the wedding day was smooth and low stress for the whole wedding party. I keep receiving compliments on our wedding planner from people that have been to many weddings and hadn't seen something ran so smoothly.
We would give her a few ideas of what we envisioned for our wedding and she turned into even more than we could have imagined. On wedding day she was prepared for every possible situation and handled it with poise and patience. Her and her team took care of our dog throughout the night, checked us into our hotel during the wedding, managed keeping two brides happy and handled every little thing that we didn't have time to deal with.
She was the BEST money we ever spent towards our wedding. Thank you to the Red Letter Event Team for giving us, our friends and family a magical stress free day.

Where do I even begin? Jessica was with us every step of the way, helping with each detail, keeping me on track (not an easy feat I might add). She made wedding planning enjoyable, despite me being overwhelmed and so nervous. On the day of, she and Reagan went above and beyond to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, to make sure my husband and I had a drink or a snack in hand, and to make sure the guests were having a great time. The day ran so smoothly. I cannot speak highly enough of Jessica and her team. I HIGHLY recommend them!! We truly had the most perfect wedding day and I can say with full confidence that was due to Jessica ensuring everything was up to par. Jessica, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I am so glad to have found you and I can’t wait for our future friendship to come! I absolutely adore you.

Reagan was a superstar from the moment we started working with her in November, up until our wedding in July. Her knowledge and expertise leading up to the wedding was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to renting and working with vendors. She was always there to answer any random questions I had and made sure we were on track! During the week and day of, her demeanor kept us calm, she remained in control of the madness, and always knew the right thing to say to say. We had such a good experience with her and Jessica both and are so thankful we had them by our side on our wedding day! Could not recommend Red Letter more!

It is difficult to even put into words just how amazing Jessica and her team were throughout the wedding process. Both my husband and I have demanding careers and mine was particularly demanding in the months leading up to our wedding. This left me with very little time to plan something that wasn't historically a huge priority in my life. We decided to have a big (for us) wedding to celebrate life, love and the whole reason we are all gathered here on this earth. We are acutely aware that so many bad things happen in life so we wanted to celebrate the true wins and we love our friends and family so much so wanted them all to gather in that win. However, I am not even remotely bridal. I never envisioned a wedding for myself, I had little vision of anything I wanted. But, I do have a particular aesthetic and style. It was difficult for me to see my style fit into a bridal theme, but it was important for me to feel like myself on my wedding day. To say they nailed it is an understatement. It looked exactly like me, but at a wedding. They navigated etiquette questions, made decisions when I truly did not care about a lot of details, but then supported me when I did get granular on some aspects of the planning. They are truly good humans that want the absolute best for you and your partner. Hire them. It'll be the best money you spend on your wedding and worth every single penny.
