Working with Sarah and her team for our large, three-day Indian wedding with over 200 guests was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our vision a reality, even in the face of unexpected challenges. With an extensive vendor list and intricate planning details, we needed a team that could handle the many moving parts – and Sarah delivered flawlessly.

Sarah was involved in the design and planning of each event, ensuring every detail was aligned with our vision. She held multiple design and planning meetings that went far beyond our expectations, offering her insight and dedication every step of the way. Since we were organizing the wedding from out of town, Sarah’s local expertise was invaluable – she connected us with top vendors in the San Diego area and helped us make the best decisions for our celebration.

When an unexpected hotel strike forced us to change venues just 12 hours before one of our major events, Sarah stepped up in an incredible way. She coordinated the change seamlessly, managing logistics, re-confirming vendors, and spending countless additional hours making sure everything was set. Not only did she handle the transition with poise, but she also went above and beyond by following up with the original hotel to secure refunds for us, even months after the wedding.

The challenges didn’t stop there – the start of our ceremony was delayed by the FBI, and the bride’s father became ill, but Sarah was there with us the entire way, offering her unwavering support and keeping everything on track. We can confidently say that our wedding wouldn’t have been possible without Sarah’s dedication, expertise, and genuine care. Her efforts allowed us to focus on enjoying our day, knowing we were in the best hands.

If I could give Grave and Gold 15 stars I would! Sarah was a godsend throughout our wedding planning process. She was responsive, excited, and so incredibly knowledgeable. We had some very sudden, very serious issues come up with our wedding venue where we had to find a new ceremony and cocktail hour space only two weeks before our wedding. Sarah put in what seemed like endless hours to ensure that the transition was seamless, stress free, and beautiful. We would not have made it through without Sarah's hard work, advocacy, and emotional support. She saw our vision and executed it flawlessly. WE LOVE GRACE AND GOLD!

We hired Sarah from Grace & Gold Events for our October 2024 wedding in Palm Springs. She was an absolute lifesaver from helping with last minute dumpster orders, recruiting the DJ to help move tables during cocktail hour, to the monstrous task of helping us secure a new, last minute caterer when we had a less than ideal tasting with the first. Her expertise in planning a wedding at our venue was key -- we had to bring in everything and would have been lost and overwhelmed without her guidance. She let us copy her on every email to our many vendors which was incredibly helpful. She even found us less expensive vendors when we were worried about cost. Her knowledge of weddings in the desert helped immensely. When the rental company set things up incorrectly, she fixed it herself! When her assistant got sick and could not make it to the wedding day, she didn't bat an eye and instead enlisted help from the DJ! Our parents were raving about how great she was the next day and we know that our wedding day was amazing and stress free because of her. We love you, Sarah!!

Working with Grace & Gold was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Our planner Carissa was incredible and she really helped me bring to life my vision for our wedding. I had very specific ideas in mind, and I wanted them executed in a specific way, and Carissa really made sure my mind was at ease the whole time and made the planning process so fun! Carissa really worked with me in detail to understand what vision I was going for, and made it so easy to get in touch with all the best vendors. She was so unbelievably professional and on top of everything down to the last day! And not only was she a phenomenal planner but she really became a true friend!

Where do I even begin? Sarah was an absolute DREAM to work with and if anyone reading this is on the fence about working with a Planner or Day of Coordinator - without a doubt, ABSOLUTELY get one, and better yet, make it Sarah! I got married at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs and Sarah came very highly recommended by the venue. About 30 seconds into my first call with Sarah, I knew why. This woman is a rockstar. She knew the venue like the back of her hand, had amazing relationships with the entire hotel staff, and was just the kindest, most supportive, and most knowledgable person to have on my team. She made my wedding day, and actually the entire month leading up to my wedding, completely stress-free. Handled every vendor or family member gone rogue like a boss and with a smile on her face! I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She also brought a fantastic assistant, Casey, with her on the day of my wedding and they were a flawless team together. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and her team to any friend or family member getting married in the future.

Sarah coordinated my May 2021 wedding at the Montage in Laguna and every aspect of working with Sarah was perfect. From our first phone call, Sarah was incredibly attentive; she is a great listener who spent time getting to know us and understanding our vision for the day, as well as the little things that are important to us in our lives. She is super organized and detail-oriented -- as I am, so I set a high bar, but can say with 100% certainty Sarah will exceed your expectations with respect to every detail.
