Our wedding was last night at The Gallery in KC with 300+ in attendance. Every single second was flawless. Incredible. Perfect. Rachael and her team made the rehearsal and the wedding day more than a dream come true for my daughter and family. She was so professional and easy to work with. Her ideas were creative and added such unique and fun touches to the wedding. Every vendor suggestion was on point and she knew what we wanted before we did!! We can’t recommend Rachael enough and would be happy to talk with anyone about our experience.

People talk about their weddings and how stressful the planning was, and how there were this and that disasters that happened. We are lucky enough to say that we had the opposite experience with Whatever is Lovely -

We hired Rachel and her team for planning and I absolutely cannot imagine not having them helping us. There are so many little things that they take care of that we would NEVER have ever thought of that made the wedding day completely flawless.

I truly had such a relaxed experience the day of our wedding, and was able to be so present for the whole thing. Rach and her team are cool, calm, & collected, and anything that could have gone wrong was handled with grace and efficiency. I did not have to worry about a single thing through the whole day, and even the next day for cleanup they had taken care of almost everything!

Her and her team are worth every single penny, but the experience we got with them was truly priceless. Our wedding day truly was the best day of our life thanks to Whatever Is Lovely!

Just book with them! Rachel and her team are incredible. I work a lot and was nervous about planning my wedding. Rachel and her team made it a complete breeze! She took my vision exactly and was able to make it come to live. She truly is the absolute best, she won't ever guide you wrong, she listens, understands and brainstorms for you so you are 10000% happy with the outcome. Rachel is incredible, organized and super creative!

Our wedding day was everything I could have ever imagined and more! Rachael is such a sweetheart to work with. She is so passionate, thoughtful, and organized. She truly cared about us and our vision.
Leading up to the wedding day she recommended vendors, communicated with vendors, created the timeline, prepped our wedding party with details, and helped me with ideas. Day of, she and her team did everything behind the scenes - coordinating vendors, set up, tear down, timing, and organizing. If anything went wrong on the wedding day I never found out about it because Rachael and her team had it taken care of. I am so thankful for everything they did for us. Our families were able to just enjoy the day without having to worry about anything, which is what it’s truly all about. It was the best day ever!

Worth every penny for helping my husband and I do the final details and coordinate our wedding day. I couldn't have done it without their team. We were actually able to enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about wrangling our parents. They kept our family informed and sent out VIP details for us to our families. Booking Whatever is Lovely was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! The moment the Whatever is Lovely Team led by Rachel and Katie stepped in, it felt like a breath of fresh air. They knew all the questions to ask to help me prepare leading up to our day and really focused in on every details that made me have confidence in the logistics of our day. They are experts, hard working and deserve so much credit for all the work they put in for our day! The day of our wedding we very much felt supported thanks to them and their dream team. I don’t even know where to start. You ever meet someone and immediately they make you feel like they’ve known you for years? That’s Rachael and her team. Going into wedding planning, I knew I needed help. Rachael was everything you could ever dream of in a day of coordinator. She took care of everything you could think of, and then more- all while nurturing everyone with kindness and love. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we knew nothing of it. Because of her, it really was the best day of our lives. She brought along two assistants that day, Sydney and Nikki, who were not only goodness, kindness and everything wonderful, but also professional and friendly. When we think back on our day, it is just a day of love and low stress- the best day ever. Choose Rachael and her team, please. It will be the best choice you make.
