Hiring a wedding planner is something that I initially did not want to put any of my wedding budget towards. However, I quickly learned that planning an out of state wedding (while working full time and raising kids...probably for anyone for that matter) felt very overwhelming. It felt so overwhelming that I considered eloping and not having a wedding at all.
I couldn't be more happier with my decision to hire Autumn. We are a blended family and the entire theme of our wedding from the very beginning was about family. It was crucial to my husband and I that all of our children felt included in our special day.
Autumn, put in a lot of time and devoted a lot of energy to ensuring that our day was a success. She was easy to talk to and helped me stay on budget and even saved me a lot of money to help me keep the things that I wanted in other areas.
I appreciated that she was easy for me to contact and she was very prompt about getting back with me regarding any issue small or large. I can without a doubt say that my wedding day was perfect and that is thanks to her! I was able (and so was all of my friends and family) to enjoy our wedding. I did not worry about the vendors, set-up, tear-down or anything for that matter. She was there constantly working and coordinating on the day of so that myself & all of our guests were truly able to enjoy the day.
She is a top notch professional and I highly recommend her services to anyone considering a wedding planner!

Autumn was the best decision we made for our wedding! She went above and beyond every expectation we had for a wedding planner. The attention to detail and her ability to leave not one stone unturned is truly amazing. She communicates about everything so we were always on the same page! Her DIY and creative abilities are out of this world. She took our theme and RAN with it. I could not have envisioned what she created for our wedding. I could write a book about all of the amazing things autumn did!

I cannot say enough about the services that Autumn provided for us. My daughter and son-in-law decided on a destination wedding in Stevensville, MT. My daughter found Autumn online and we came to meet her in Montana in March. She had set up a whirlwind week-end of vendor visits including cake tasting, decor and florist visits, DJ screening, and more, and by the end of 3 days, almost all of our decisions had been made. Autumn is extremely organized, thinks of all of the details, is so amazingly energetic, and yet, has an easy-going, easy-to-like, personality. After our March visit to Montana, she communicated with the wedding couple online and by email and phone, designed wedding invitations, created centerpieces, I can't even list all of the things that Autumn did for us. The day before the wedding she supervised the set-up, and every detail was perfect. The day of the wedding, she handled everything so professionally but felt like one of the family. We relied on her for almost every detail and she came through to help create the perfect day. I would recommend that if you are trying to cut costs, do not cut the wedding planner, especially this wedding planner. Hiring Autumn was one of the best decisions we made.

I just do not have enough words for how AMAZING Autumn is! I was planning a Montana wedding from Texas, and she was the most responsive, thorough and organized of any of the planners I contacted. She had never done a wedding in Whitefish, but you would not have known it. She helped create the perfect wedding for us from the ground up. She understood what we wanted from a design/decor standpoint even before we knew what we wanted. When there was a bump in the road, she smoothed it out or found another path. We gave her a budget and she worked and stretched it in ways I would never have been able to. Autumn made planning a wedding immensely easier and I would book her again 10x over.

BONUS! She owns Happy Huckleberry Studios and designed our invitations which were also perfect! So our invites, decor, and day-of paper products all worked together seamlessly.

DOUBLE BONUS! She is very crafty and will build design elements by hand! (She built a chuppah for us that was absolutely gorgeous!)

Autumn is incredible at her job and it is clear that she truly loves what she does. I could honestly write a book about how amazing she is -- so save yourself the stress and hire her now!

Working with Autumn is such a fun experience. I'm a wedding photographer and it's always wonderful working with event planners, makes my job easier, but it's even better when you LIKE them as a person and they're great communicators. Autumn is prepared for everything, she even bring with her this killer emergency kit. It's filled with everything you could imagine from aspirin to needles and thread, 5 hour energy drinks to gum/candy. It's all packed up in a caboodle case, cause emergencies do happen, all the time. I've never EVER seen another wedding planner bring this to a wedding. Beyond the kit she has a great attitude and personality which is important cause weddings can be stressful! You need someone who's on it, but is also relaxed, Autumn is all of those things. I highly recommend.

I was engaged for years before my fiancé and I finally decided where, when, and what we were going to do for a wedding. Mainly because the thought of planning a wedding and taking care of all the details gave me anxiety. But I also didn’t want a wedding day that felt thrown together. The second after Joe and I decided we wanted a wedding up at The Ranch At Rock Creek I reached out to Autumn.
Our first meeting was basically me showing her a few pictures of what I liked and what bugged me. From there she took the reins and LITERALLY took care of everything. I have never met someone who is so organized and on top of every detail. Our wedding day turned into a wedding weekend at the ranch for our close family and friends. Not only did Autumn take care of everything on my wedding day, but she also planned everything for our weekend. The only person I had to deal with was Autumn. And if I ever needed something like who should make my cakes or alter my dress, Autumn had the perfect contact. She also was there to make sure we stayed in the budget and got the best prices on what we wanted.
Creative doesn’t even begin to describe Autumn, not only can she look at a picture of something and make it, but you can give her a vague idea of something and she builds it at her home. And not just little things. She completely transformed an old dresser for me into a drink bar that held champagne and had flowers spilling out of the drawers. She also made my archway that we said our vows under. She took such great consideration to all the details of my day that it made everything perfect and exceeded my expectations.
Hiring Autumn was the smartest thing I did. Her experience, work ethic, and talent is worth way more then what I could have ever paid her. She took on all the stressful parts of the wedding and left me and guests with a beautiful week end that felt like a fairytale.
