Visionaries, Masters of All Things Production, Hardest Working People, simply the best. I am a wedding planner and calling the RPS team is my first call when our clients want something memorable, unique, or over the top. They can do elegant, quirky, modern, everything in between. They are kind and hard working. They can make tight timing work with ease and calm - something you do not see very often. They are worth every penny and will be honest about a budget. Royce's Prop Shop is a great company to work with. Their employees take personal interest in your events which I believe is a fabulous quality to have in their business. I worked with Sabrina, Arianna and Royce himself on a recent work event I had and everything was amazing. Not only did the back of warehouse staff arrive to setup our event, the front of house staff came to the venue and assisted with the setup.
RPS helped bring the theme of our event from a 10 to an 11. I highly recommend their services, their props, backgrounds, everything. A fantastic local company that take pride in their work. I will be using them again for as long as I'm able.

I am super bummed to write this review because I had high hopes of working with Royce's Prop Shop for my Indian wedding. I reached out to them in January and Royce was very excited to share ideas. They had a tragic fire in February, so we pushed out our initial meeting time until May. During our Zoom video call, I got great feedback from Royce and his team and thought they were excited to work with me on my event. He told me he would follow up in two weeks with a proposal. I never heard from him again. I reached out over the phone multiple times and also through email. My last email was sent not too long ago asking him to be upfront with me about not wanting to work on my event so I could move on and find another vendor. Still no response. Super disappointed to be ghosted by a company with such great reviews. If you are looking for a decorator who will be communicative and upfront, Royce's Prop Shop may not be for you.

I was asked to supply sports memorabilia for two events that Royce's Prop Shop recently was involved with.. They are the most organized group I have had the pleasure to work with. Communication was always there for any little changes that I needed to know about, no hestitation to let me know what was going on. Their team arrived knowing exactly how the projects needed to be laid out, map and instructions in hand. The events were a big hit as I heard over and over again from their clients how great the staging looked and they were glad to have Royce's Prop Shop on hand to take care of their needs.
