They claim that they forgot we had a rental contract and didn’t remember until we tried to check-in to a property they SOLD at least 3 months prior. Rental was paid in full, and they held the funds anyway. We should have been notified immediately upon sale with a full refund. Do not do business with this company. At minimum they are grossly negligent.

Strongly recommend looking elsewhere. House was nothing like the pictures posted. House was clean, however was a wreck. Had exterior doors that did not lock. Supposedly had a nice game room, ended up having no ceiling, destroyed walls, no floors, etc. Lied to house without hesitation even when we had pictures to prove us wrong. Had to get a hotel to keep safe and enjoy our time. Look elsewhere, lady is a scam artist. Poor customer service as well.
